The kitchen area is functional and fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
On the ground floor, one bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm) and a television.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin and WC.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine with skylight provides additional sleeping accommodation with one double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed.
A small independent garage is available for storing bicycles and surfboards and also includes a washing machine and a second fridge-freezer. One vehicle can be parked in front of the garage. Secure access by badge to the residence’s beautiful communal swimming pool.
Ideal accommodation for 4/5 guests wishing to enjoy the peace and quiet of a pine forest setting while benefiting from easy access via cycle paths to the beaches, shops and entertainment of Capbreton and Hossegor.
Outside high season, alternative arrival days may be possible – please contact us. Pets are not allowed. Household linen is not provided. Heating supplement applies outside high season. Accommodation not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
