Great property, great location

Ideally located: 2 min bike ride from the village (bakery, pharmacy, etc..) and 5 min from the beaches (Oceanides, La Piste) The house has all the amenities you can dream of, large fridges, huge tables, etc... very comfortable. Owner is very available and always happy to help.

Toller Aufenthalt

Alles hat toll geklappt. Inzwischen ist auch ein nagelneuer Pool gebaut worden. Unser Vermieter war immer zur Stelle wenn wir ihn brauchten! Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Fussnähe erreichbar. Toller Urlaub!! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Maison très agréable et bien placée

La maison est parfaitement bien placée entre les plages et le centre de Capbreton. Merci à Serge pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable a vivre pour nos deux familles avec 5 adolescents, et la piscine et jardin très appréciés.

Superbe villa, très bien située au calme à deux pas du centre ville et de la plage.

Merci à Serge pour son accueil personnalisé et sa disponibilité. Location au top, très confortable. Cuisine vaste et lumineuse donnant sur terrasse avec plancha et piscine. . Nous avons apprécié la propreté des 5 chambres toutes différentes. 3 salles de bains et trois WC. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Nous étions 9 à nous partager cette maison, ce fût bien agréable ! Location en parfait état, propriétaire très sympathique et disponible en cas de problème. Localisation idéale, à la fois calme, peu de voisinage et en même temps à 5-10 min de l'océan en vélo (piste cyclable uniquement), commerce (leclerc, intermarché, pharmacie, tabac ...) à proximité.

Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants dans cette très belle maison avec tout le confort nécéssaire.Proche de la ville et à distance très raisonnable de la plage nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture.Propriétaire très acceuillant et disponible.Une super semaine que nous conseillons à tout le monde.
