About this property

Very pleasant 2 bedroom cottage in Languedoc villa

Between Béziers and Narbonne, you will be at:
-15 min. the beaches of Vendres, Valras, Fleury and Saint-Pierre-la-Mer,
-4 km from the Canal du Midi and the archaeological site of the Oppidum of Ensérune
-10 min from Colombiers and the Causse Clinic,

Why not also plan a day to explore Carcassonne (1 hour) or Saint Guilhem le Désert, Sète is not very far either .....

We rent an apartment of 50 m2, quiet and on the ground floor with private terrace and use of our indoor pool.

The rental consists of:
1 living room with a fully equipped kitchen and TV
1 bedroom with 140x200cm bed and large wardrobe with 3 sliding doors
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190cm
1 bathroom with shower and 1 washing machine
1 separate WC
1 private terrace with gas barbecue (gas is provided)
The apartment is non-smoking as well as the edge of the swimming pool.
The pool is our private pool that you can share with us. However, we do not spend our days there. If you wish, you can enjoy it alone.
We will agree on your habits.
Your pet is welcome, just let us know.

The accommodation is entirely reserved for travelers!

Breakfast (8 Euros / person) is only served on order for short stays, as a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
The coffee machine is a Senseo. Our sense of friendliness means that you will always find tea and coffee as well as other ingredients that will allow you to start your stay without stress.

As an owner, I expect travelers to pay a deposit of 200 euros, which I will return to them.

Lovely holiday cottage with everything you needed for a holiday in a pleasant village 20mins from coast. The host was very welcoming and lovely to deal with.

endroit superbe et propriétaires aux petis soins

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte super fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. La piscine immense est un plus. Les hôtes sont super accueillants et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. A recommander sans hésiter.

Bon séjour,gîte agréable

Le gîte est conforme à la description, la literie est très bonne,la climatisation et la piscine sont appréciables après les journées passées sous la chaleur du mois d'août à visiter les environs qui valent le détour! Nous avons été bien accueillis par nos hôtes qui étaient à la fois disponibles et discrets. A notre arrivée des fruits, du café, du thé,de la bonne huile locale et assaisonnement, de l'eau fraîche nous attendaient,ce qui est un plus.Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour en Occitanie.

une superbe location

Bernadette et Roger sont des hôtes exceptionnel . Ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, et toujours prêts a rendre service . La location est parfaite , tout est nickel , vous ne manquerez de rien . La piscine est énorme , notre fille c'est bien amusée . Petit plus , vous aurez même un car-port pour mettre votre voiture a l'abri du soleil . On avait même plus envie de partir . Encore mille mercis :)

Naturellement nous vous accueillerons avec grand plaisir à nouveau quand vous voudrez revenir dans notre région! Il est rare de trouver une famille sur 3 générations en parfaite harmonie: une mamie qui malgré son handicap est pleine de joie de vivre, votre femme et vous toujours aux petits soins pour elle et une petite fille toujours prête à rendre service et pleine de vie mais toujours très respectueuse! On a adoré vous avoir chez nous!
