Very beautiful fully renovated villa of 160 m2 with heated swimming pool of 9m x 4m with submerged beach ideal for splashing around with the little ones.
For 6 persons. Ideal family or friends. Fully secure landscaped property not overlooked

Located in the heart of the marshes 10 minutes by bike by the cycle paths of Sauveterre beach and its forest, you have two canoes to discover the flora and fauna through magnificent walks in the canals.
10min also from the embankment of Sables d'Olonne. Everything is done on foot or by bike.
You have 3 bedrooms including a master suite with dressing area, bathroom and wc,
1 shower room, kitchen, utility room, laundry, living room, office, separate wc, dressing room.
2 outbuildings: Summer lounge with TV, bicycle storage barbecue.
The villa has been completely renovated and benefits from all modern comforts (fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi access, TV, ...).

A concierge service will welcome you (beds made and towels included)
Deposit of 1,500 euros delivered by hand and returned within 10 days.

Lovely week, despite the weather!

The property is great, high spec and has everything you need and the outside area is beautiful. The pool is perfect with robot cleaning so need to do it yourself or be interrupted by others. There are plenty of places to sit inside and out so you dont feel on top of each other. We went with our 18 and 20 year olds and everyone had space. The bedrooms were spacious with great storage/wardrobes and everything is thought of. The only niggle was in the ensuite room you couldn't open the window when it rained as the bed got wet and so even though it was warm, we couldnt air the room. The beds were comfy. Natalie and her husband were fantastic, met us on arrival and were there if we needed them but we didnt. The electronic security gate meant that we felt secure at all times but the area itself feels safe anyway. The house is situated perfectly for Sables d'olonne, the beach the rest of the coast and supermarkets, albeit there's not much in the immediate surroundings. We would absolutely go back!

Séjour reposant

Très bon accueil de la part de Nathalie et Pascal. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec deux enfants et nous avons aimé la tranquillité des lieux. Le jardin est magnifique, entre la piscine, le calme et la verdure. Voiture indispensable pour visiter les environs. Dans le logement vous trouverez d’ailleurs un livret avec des suggestions et des activités à faire. Belle région, les habitants sont sympas et accueillants !

Juste fantastique

Propriétaires très sympathiques, cadeaux d'arrivée : brioche, miel, rillettes de sardines, rosé... La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, très bien décorée et que dire de l'espace extérieur qui est juste sublime. Un vrai paradis ! Nous avons passé un excellent long week-end et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Belle maison avec bel accueil

Maison très agréable à proximité des pistes cyclables et des marais (et sans moustiques). Belle découverte de ces marais en kayak ou paddle. Accueil super chaleureux par les propriétaires qui partagent leurs bonnes adresses ce qui nous permet d’être bien reçu dans les restaurants 😊.

Magnifique !

Nous avons énormément apprécié cette belle propriété très bien entretenue, idéalement située pour profiter de l'atlantique et des Sablesd'Olonne. Nos contacts avec la conciergerie et les propriétaires furent très agréables. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe !

Notre séjour a été tout simplement parfait ! La maison est très agréable, autant l’intérieur que l’extérieur. La maison a été soigneusement décoré par des propriétaires qui ont du goût. La grande cuisine au coeur de la maison s’ouvre sur une terrasse et un jolie jardin couronné par un olivier. Dépaysant et destressant, il faut juste couper ses mails ! La piscine chauffée et sécurisée est géniale. La plage immergée fait toute la différence lorsqu’on a des enfants en bas âges. Rassurant pour les enfants et les parents. Petite découverte sur place, la douche extérieur juste à côté de la piscine super pratique ! Les propriétaires sont top, un accueil très chaleureux vous attend. Nathalie et Pascal sont prévenants, disponibles et de bons conseils. Des gens profondément gentils qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit parfait. En bref un petit havre de paix pour la famille seulement à quelques heures de Paris. On recommande à 100%, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Une chose est sûre on reviendra (rapidement de l’espère) !

Les propriétaires de cette maison sont à vos petits soins pour transformer votre séjour en un véritable moment de bonheur. Ils vous accueillent comme ils aimeraient eux-mêmes être accueillis ! Vos premiers pas vous permettent de découvrir le jardin et ses oliviers et la perspective est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Réactifs, disponibles, ils connaissent les bons petits coins sympas. Ils seront donc vous conseiller pour faciliter la découverte de la région, riche et variée, à faire surtout en vélo !
