Randy and Donnas Beach House Surfside Beach, SC. is an amazing 3400 sq. ft. 5BR 4.5 Bath Home (sleeps up to 16) located in Georges Bay inside the gated community of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, SC. The overall home has 2 separate fully equipped kitchens, 2 separate dens, each with a wall mounted ROKU Flat screen TV, 2 separate laundry areas each with full size washer/dryer, a sunroom and 2 decks, 1 covered and 1 open sun deck. Wi-Fi included. There is a total of 4 WIRELESS "ROKU TV'S" in the home.

BELOW DESCRIBES THE UPSTAIRS 3BR 3 BATH PORTION OF THE HOME. Starting with the amazingly spacious open area on the second floor you have the Den, Sunroom Seating Area, Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry and 2 KING Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Fully equipped kitchen with eat in bar for 4, dining table to easily seat 8 or more, plus a wicker table and 4 chairs in the sunroom for card games, reading etc. Deck with picnic table and chairs is just off the sunroom. Master bedroom has a king bed and a full bath with a huge walk-in shower with bench seat, double vanity etc. Also on the 2nd floor is another King bedroom with a full bath just across the hall. The 3rd floor is a private 1BR 1Bath portion of the home where you will find a bedroom with 3 Full-Size beds to easily accommodate 6 people along with a full bath.

BELOW DESCRIBES THE DOWNSTAIRS 2BR 1.5 BATH PORTION OF THE HOME. On the ground floor we have a complete 2BR 1.5 Bath living area with Den, Kitchen, Dining Area with seating for up to 6 guests, Full Laundry. Covered porch just off the den. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the second Bedroom has 2 Full-Size beds to easily accommodate 6 people.

In the ground floor garage, you will find ping pong table, Corn Hole Boards, casual seating and beach chairs and umbrellas for your use on the beach. There are also plenty of activities throughout the gated community to include tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, horseshoes, volleyball, Ballfield, Kids Water Play Area, 2 Outdoor Pools, 1 Indoor Pool and more.
BED BATH LINENS ARE INCLUDED. WE DO PROVIDE Linens for up to 16 guests and BED Linens for up to 8 Beds as follows: 3 King Beds, 5 Full-size Beds. Guests will leave Bed Linens, Comforters and Pillows on each bed in the home.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED

You will not be charged a departure cleaning fee provided the home in "as you found it condition". You are asked to make sure everything is its original place, and everything looks just like it did when you walked in the door. Once you depart, we do a follow-up inspection, then we make sure the home is CLEAN and SANITIZED THROUGHOUT for the next guest, including bathrooms and kitchens being cleaned and sanitized.

At our private beach front access, parking is available for golf cart and personal vehicles directly adjacent to the Conch Cafe' restaurant, also on the beach front. Oceanfront parking area has showers and rest room facilities available. Ponds around the property where the kids can feed the ducks and even fish! Grocery store, shopping, golf is five minutes away off Hwy. 17. About 20 minutes from Broadway at the Beach in North Myrtle Beach. Awesome flea market about 5 min. away, waterslide park, so many fun things to do. 8.9 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport (16 min. drive). There's a Food Lion Grocery Store directly across from the entrance to Oceanside Village and there is a Wal-Mart Supercenter 1.8 miles south right off Hwy. 17. Beautiful house in an amazing gated community. Loved the ability to use the golf carts to get to the beach along with the private golf cart parking at the beach. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. So many things to do and my kids loved the pools too.

One of the best houses weve stayed in

I had 9 people including my 7 kids 28 down to14 and we all had a great time. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for us all. The host were great and always answered all of my questions within minutes we would stay again if we went back it was close to everything.

We spent 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for three generations. The golf carts were so much fun. The house was fully equipped and the living area was very spacious. The community amenities were a huge plus. The kids loves the park and indoor pool. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and made our stay super comfortable.

Accurate listing

Randy and Donna were great to work with. Pictures are accurate (no "fish-eye" lens to make a room seem much larger than it actually is). Golf carts were very much needed to haul all our crew and beach/pool essentials to and from, although you could walk to the pool. My only complaint is with the complex, not with the house or our hosts. A bit convoluted with having to have both parking hang tags, and having to purchase the magnetic cards to access the security gates and beach parking. If you want to rent beach chairs/umbrella, go earlier in the morning, they sell out. Also advise staking out your spot at the pool early as well. All in all, a great stay.

10/10 recommend anyone traveling with a big family to the Myrtle beach area to book this home for your stay. I have traveled to Myrtle beach for many years but I have never been to the Murrells Inlet/ Surfside beach area. It’s about a 17 to 20 minute drive to Myrtle beach boardwalk. I’m so glad we chose to stay outside of Myrtle beach this time. This home is beautifully renovated and very spacious for anyone traveling with 10-16 people . Very kid friendly. The kids enjoyed themselves . They have many games like ping pong and card games etc. Also having access to the two golf carts. The home was 3 stories . One of my favorite things of the home were the bathrooms on each level . Traveling with 16 people . We never had to worry about anyone not being able to get to the bathroom when needed . I also enjoyed that the home had two kitchens . That was super needed with our family cooking for Thanksgiving. The amenities of the house were amazing everything you need they have in the home . The owner’s were very nice and they answer any questions that you may have about the home . We will definitely book again .

We had our two daughters’ families that included our five grandchildren ranging from 13 to 22. The house provided space to be together or separate. Randy and Donna were great. There were plenty of shopping within minutes. Having golf carts were great benefit.

Randy and Donna’s Myrtle Beach House

Our family flew in from all over the US for a wedding in Myrtle Beach. We searched the Vrbo sight for a place that would accommodate our large family with adults and small children. Randy and Donna’s place caught our eye because of the number of rooms, cleanliness, 2 golf carts and wonderful reviews. We can add our stamp of approval now that we have stayed with Randy and Donna! They were gracious and accommodating with an early check in for our son with 2 small children and communication was excellent. The home was lovely, clean and close to the beach. The golf carts were so convenient and there were beach chairs in the garage for our use! We highly recommend this rental property and the owners!

Family Vacation

Large, nicely furnished house in a gated community with nearby private beach parking/access. We selected Randy and Donna's house for a family vacation for 11 adults and 4 children under seven so we could all hang out together instead of being segmented off into separate hotel rooms. The open layout of the home was perfect for what we were looking for. Randy responded quickly and thoroughly when we had a question or needed anything. The beach is less than mile drive by golf cart and there are several pools and a splash pad for kids inside the community. Take one or two safety gates for the stairways if you have crawling babies or wobbly toddlers. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental if you're going to the Myrtle Beach area.

Great experience. The downstairs secondary living area is ideal for a full family while other family's or relatives have a master bath and another bedroom. Lot of toys to use, cornhole, pingpong, chairs for the beach, umbrellas and much more. Houses was very clean on the inside and all was in good repair. Central air on 98 Deg. weather worked great. I love tennis and enjoyed the courts that were in great shape. The exclusive neighborhood park was packed full of things to do for all ages. Definately highly recommended

Great Vacation Property

We came to the Myrtle Beach area for my Son's High School Graduation. Check in was very easy. Property was as described. Well stocked with everything we needed. The lower level was very nice. It provided a quieter area to get away from the crowd upstairs if needed. Enjoyed the back patio. It was nice having two kitchens and to washer and dryers. We had a large group so it made is easy for storing food and also washing up our towels and clothing. Both upper and lower areas were very spacious. We absolutely loved the use of the golf carts. Made it very easy going to the pool or the beach with all the stuff we had to take along with us. Riding on the cart around the community at night was so nice. They have fountains in the lakes and ponds. So pretty. We would definetly recommend and stay again. No it doesnt have an ocean view but discussing with another friend that stayed with use. We were willing to give up the view for all the ammenties we had access to.

Perfect for Golf Trip

My college buddies and I utilized the property for a golf trip. The house was very clean with a lot of community space and 8 beds which is ideal for a small group. Would highly recommend.
