Luxurious apartment in front of the beach, pool, parking and spectacular views

Luxury apartments with pool in front of the beach for 4 people to rent in the “Canyelles Mar” building located on the front line in the middle of the romantic cove of Canyelles Petites, Roses.
The apartments have a large terrace overlooking the beautiful bay, sea and beach. South orientation. Automatic awnings on the terrace. Also views from the living room and master bedroom.
The decoration is modern and comfortable. Satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. American kitchen fully equipped; Electric cooker, oven, micro, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine. The apartment has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Hair dryer and safe at your disposal.
The minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Upon arrival the beds are made, the towels in the bathroom and a cold bottle "Cava" awaits you in the fridge. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The building, consisting of a dozen apartments, has a swimming pool, elevator and garage with automatic doors. The apartments also have an individual storage room to store luggage, etc.
Pets are allowed, if they are not very large, after consultation.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und sind erneut restlos begeistert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außerordentliche Sauberkeit – die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt, was uns sofort ein sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben hat. Zusammen mit der traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand und der herzlichen Art der Gastgeber war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön für diese Beständigkeit!

Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Résidence superbe devant la mer et petite plage de canyelles.... magnifique ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec notre ado de 16 ans et notre petit chien. Nous reviendrons certainement ! Merci à Evelyne pour son accueil.

SEJOUR CANYELLES

Un lieu d exception. Face a la plage de canyelles a deux pas de la plage .Une piscine a debordement au coeur de la residence et un parking qui est tres important vu la situation geographique.
