Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring throughout condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9-hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, pools and a private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. WiFi speeds up to 500Mbps - both TV Smart ROKU devices

This unit has all the comforts of home. It is lovely and a very short distance to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed the private back patio area, watching the cute little bunnies that live there.

Awesome stay with great Hosts!

Hosts were very accommodating and make their space feel like home. Check in process was easy and very close to the beach. There is a ton of stuff to do in Ocean Village. We love staying here and this spot is definitely our favorite so far!

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.
