Very cozy house and clean. Beautiful surroundings with Hendricks park literally a few hops down from front door path. Deer roam the area. Host provided a Christmas gift basket on Christmas Eve, which was a nice surprise to end our evening. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family visiting Eugene.

The Little Pink House is, as described, a cozy little place tucked away on a quiet street just ten minutes walk from U of Oregon campus. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect spot for landing for a week to visit our granddaughter and explore Eugene.

Prefontaine Classic weekend stay

Little Pink House is a gem! Perfect location to walk to the Hayward Field and to the near by restaurants. Place was immaculate and well appointed. Communication with Lara was easy. She even offered an early check in. We definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Great weekend

We had a great time. Parking was easy and close. The house was very clean and the kitchen is stocked very well. The only thing is stairs, if you have trouble with stairs you need to be aware there are stairs getting into the house.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful place to stay! Every room was super clean, and the home had everything we needed and more. Cute place tucked in a lovely neighborhood

We loved our stay at the Little Pink House. It was super clean and well cared for, provided little amenities like many towels, and had a super fun and cheery vibe. Parking and checkin were also great and super easy. The one bathroom is on the first floor, and the 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, with a beautiful wood floor staircase with a turn in between, A handrail and a nightlight helps make the nighttime descent to the bathroom easier!

In 2005 I took a beautiful trip to Italy. I stayed in my first vacation rental in Rome and I loved everything about it! The next year we went to Greece and stayed in vacation rentals the entire trip~ again it was a wonderful experience. In 2008 after a trip to Germany I came home and decided to turn our newly built Little Pink House into a vacation rental by owner. Since June 6th 2008 I have been welcoming world travelers, U of O visiting professors and parents of University of Oregon students. Some guests come and go and some become friends for life...it's always been a joy!
Since opening the Little Pink House I have stayed in vacation rental properties in 30 countries and I have added five other vacation rental properties to my list of beautiful places in Oregon to visit.

Why they chose this property

Why our property? That is a great question given the inventory in Eugene. When I first opened my doors as a vacation rental we were the 5th property! Now there are hundreds. If you are looking for a clean little house in a beautiful location with a fantastic price tag and owners who love to travel and also love hosting then take a look at the Little Pink House! We love our return guests and hope to soon be 100% word of mouth!
