Parking was easy and right out front. Bathroom was a little small for 3 people and kitchen, though had what we needed, wouldn’t be great for a lot of cooking. Stove burners are slow and handwashing dishes is not preferred. Road noise is quite loud. Despite the flaws the place was overall clean and inviting and we felt secure. It was very convenient to walk back and forth from Hayward for a two day event.

Great little place on the edge of the university campus. Perfect for a quick trip - we had four adults staying there and the space was perfect. Easy check-in, no problems, communicative host. Would stay here again.

The duplex was well stocked. I don't think that there was anything I needed that wasn't provided. Armond responded quickly. There were no steps, all one level, 2 nice bedrooms. Close to many things to do in the area.

Nice little cottage. Wonderful little neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to Hayward field. Food is a 5 minute walk to pizza, bakery, Italian food and some wonderful ice cream.
