Updated and ready for summer. Recent improvements include ceramic tile floors, new ceilings, windows, furniture. Kitchen renovation including new range, new refrigerator, new back splash, granite counter top, new hot water tank, ceiling fans and freshly painted through out.
Great location. This ranch style duplex features two bedrooms and one bath. There are 3 window units. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. Nice patio with gas grill, table and chairs. Off street parking. Just a short stroll to the beach and all that Stone Harbor has to offer! Perfect vacation destination!
