Great lil place, great location!

Perfectly located for all we needed in and around Seattle. Great space for a couple or small family. Kitchen stocked well for cooking in if you like and convenient to eating out. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and the Burke-Gilman Trail. We chose this location for its proximity to Seattle Children's Hospital, and it was excellent in that regard. The apartment is impeccably clean and nicely appointed with all the modern amenities. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The only knock on the apartment is that it is not accessible for those with mobility concerns. Beyond that, it's top notch.

Great Apt!

This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Seattle. Possibly the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in, the bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped to create all kinds of meals if needed. Loved it, hope to be back sometime!

The apartment and neighborhood were beautiful! Close to the Burke-Gilman trail for easy access to U Village and nearby restaurants or a quick run outside. Close to grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet. Loved our stay!

Fantastic Lodging in a great location

This basement apartment was just as advertised. Very clean and a comfortable setup. The owners were kind and attentive. It is in a great location and had everything I needed for my month long stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome. Clean, lots of room, cute neighborhood, quiet, close to UW….just great all around. Everything was well cared for and in good shape. It was helpful to have laundry and a kitchen options. We’d happily stay here again and hope it is always available when we visit.

Clean and Recently Renovated

Great stay! Sandra’s basement apartment is very clean, and it was perfect for a short stay in Seattle. Nice to have a Met Market in walking distance, and also nice to be so close to UW’s campus. Street parking was super easy to find as well. Will certainly be back.

We have lived in Bryant for years and could not love it more. We wanted to share our space with people visiting Seattle. We did this for a couple of years with a smaller space and decided to completely renovate the unit to have a full bedroom, kitchen and laundry for our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We designed this unit as a short term rental. We did all LVP so it's super clean. We sound proofed the walls and and ceilings so it's very quiet too. There is plenty of parking but you don't really need a car to stay here. You can walk to many restaurants and stores and public transportation is very close too.
