The charming community of Seaside, including the famous home from 'Truman Show' at 31 Natchez Street, is just six-and-a-half miles away. The unit is located in Gulf Place above the Sunrise Cafe. The location is great and the unit is perfect for a couple. There is private beach access across the street and within walking distance of restaurants.

Cute Concept

Loved the central location. Wasn't sure about it being in a shopping center for vacation at first, but it was surrounded by everything you needed and was a short drive to neighboring spots. Does get a little active at some parts of day but shuts down pretty quickly at night for a good night's rest.

In town for a wedding. Great location as far as never having to get in the car and go. Plenty of shops, food, and beach access right out the door. The pool closes to our unit was closed so we went to a different one on location. It was well heated but not the cleanest. The unit itself was a basic hotel set up, minimal amenities with two beds and a bathroom. Our only complain is that the unit had a horrible smell. We bought an air freshener but it didn’t help it. The ac unit was very dirty so we assumed it was probably the air quality due to a nasty filter. We also could never get the ceiling fan to turn on. Which probably didn’t help either with circulation. We just propped the balcony door open to try to get some fresh air and ventilation.

Super Cute!

The property was super cute, however the remodel was not yet complete. The beds were also very unstable, felt that they would break simply by sitting on them. The location was the highlight of this property-super close walk to everything you would need for a week in Santa Rosa.

Quick getaway

The condo served its purpose for a quick and relaxing couples getaway. It was very convenient to the shops, restaurants, and beach. I was most disappointed in that the condo did not look like the online listing. It could definitely use some upgrades and TLC.

Great location next to shunk gulley and across the street from the public beach access but very noisy from people above, no bed skirts on the beds looked very tacky, the balcony door was fused shut and was advertised as usable space, non functioning, disappointing! The space however was pretty clean

Cozy and Cute!

We only needed 1 night here and it worked for us just fine! Upon checking in, we realized the elevators were out of order which created a little struggle with our bags and child with mobility issues. I notified the property manager and they were unaware of the issue, but Gulfplace management addressed it and the elevator was working by the next day. The wi-fi did not work as warned in previous guest reviews. I re-set the router and still no luck. The vibe was great and the area can’t be beat.

interesting troubles you may not like

during check-in I was under the impression from the first email that we had one room . The text received had us listed in the room across the hall. I punched in the code into the first room's keypad, which promptly opened. upon entering, someone was already in the room. i left the room and called your answering service, which only partially solved the problem. Hence, I tried the provide access code on our and it worked there also. However, this locked the renters in of the first room out of their room. However, I am surprised that the same code was valid for both rooms. How many other rooms of yours have the same access code? Where is the security in that? I am not pleased with the lack of security.

Perfect getaway

This spot is so convenient to restaurants, the beach, the coffee shop, the spa and plenty more. It’s a great quick getaway if you just need a few days at the beach and the rates are extremely reasonable you will want to keep going back.
