This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has been beautifully updated inside and out. Located oceanside, canal front in Marathon, the heart of the Keys.

The outdoor living space of this home boasts a downstairs game room, tropical tiki-hut and fabulous heat optional private pool and spa*.

- Maximum Occupancy: *5 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

*Accommodates 4 adults + 1 child

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max. advertised occupancy.

- Parking: 2 vehicle max

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We had a fantastic time. The pool was such a treat, plus the Jacuzzi. The location couldn’t have been better. Accommodations in the house were superior, comfortable, and all you could ask for.. we would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to enjoy the keys in a prime location, especially for boaters. Huge plus that the weather was perfect as well and lobsters were plenty full. Thank you thank you

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The privacy of the pool was perfect! My son loved the "game room". It was a very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We all said we would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean home

This was our third stay. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The outdoors is as beautiful as the pictures. We had a manatee visit us in the canal, used the pool a lot and also used the pool table. We will probably be back next year.

Perfect for family if 4

Pool is great. Beds are comfortable. There’s some noise because it’s by the airport but not terrible. The cabana is nice for getting out of the sun and relaxing. Only downside with the cabana and all the foliage is the mosquitoes but tiki candles fixed that.

Great Vacation!

The house and the pool were very nice and everything was very clean! We loved being able to have our boat right at the dock and was easy access in and out of canal to go fishing and run to sandbar. The checkin and checkout process was also easy and completed without any problems. For families with small children, the gate at the top of the stairs was awesome! We will be back next year!

XMAS & New Year

A quiet escape away from it all, in a quiet street backing on to a canal; near the airport so occasional noise from biplanes, helicopters and small jets competed with pelicans and hawks flying above did not disrupt. Great size with modern facilities and close to restaurants and markets. When not in the pool, we played pool.

Great Stay, Location & Pool!

We loved our stay here! We loved having drinks in the sun by the pool with the relaxing escape from the sun in the tiki hut lounge area with Bluetooth speakers to play our favorite songs. We unwound several days in this little oasis by the canal. We arrived with a greeting from a female manatee and her calf! We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the canal and being entertained by the schools of fish. Everyday had perfect weather! We’d open the shades and say “Yup…another beautiful day In Marathon!” Marathon has a lot to offer, we liked it better than the bustle of Key West. We’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Little piece of heaven

House was fully upgraded, with every option you would ever need. Pool and Tiki Hut was even nicer then the pictures. They had Bluetooth speakers in pool area that were awesome. Really nice area to park cars and boat trailer. Dock was really nice and had a cut out that lowered a portion of the deck even with the boat for easy loading and unloading. Kids loved the pool table and air hockey on the first floor. House also has deep freezer for fish and bait if needed. We will stay again. Kitchen was really nice also.

House is nice. KING SIZE BED is too soft for what we used to. Very responsive agent ( thanks Leslie) Was a great experience ..TV program should have more acessible programs to enjoy when u stay in. Lack of tea towels in the kitchen ..And hand towels . The pool floats are dirty . Mold in the bin. Could have use a little cleaning . However , we had a great time so those are suggestions that could make more comfortable stay

Beautiful Pool!

Overall the property was lovely. The pool by far was the best part. Absolutely gorgeous. However, the game room located in an open air area was filthy. The games need to either be replaced or fixed. Hockey table didn't work at all. The pool table only had 3 sticks. The floor was very dirty as were the steps leading up to the front door of the house. Needs a good power washing. One more suggestion would be to treat the property for mosquitoes. I sustained over 100 bites as did my family. Every time we were outside we were attacked. I also thought the check out instructions were fair aside from washing and folding all towels, cleaning and putting away all dishes. that was hard to do as were were still using both the day we left. Other than that, the place was lovely and we really enjoyed out stay.

Nice but noisy

Rental starts on a Saturday, minimal support from property manager in weekends, had trouble with TV, was told maintenance could come on Monday. Although "start up supplies" listed in contract, only 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom supplied, only 1 role of paper towels, 1 garbage bag per can. Asked to start laundry before leaving which us ok but no laundry detergent to wash their sheets/towels provided. Scant dish towels/ dish cloths. Very noisy, city of Marathon airport 1 block away, prop planes, jets and helicopters. House and pool were nice, extra charge per week to have pool heater turned on Overall, disappointed. For the cost of this rental, we feel there are better options in the area. This was the most disappointing VRBO rental we have had, and that includes stays in other Florida areas, Alaska, St. Martin and Saba in the Caribbean.

A very nice relaxing place & hope to stay again SOON but a few issues. Most notably was the kicking counters were no clean, there were good particles stuck on the counter which we noticed them of. So we spent our first hour cleaning everything after we bought cleaning supplies. Some of the pillows were gross, old with stains including the ones in the tiki hut, unfortunately the landscaping lights didn’t come on until the middle of the night and were on most of the day. As I said we enjoyed the place and really liked it!

Perfect vacation home!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this house. The outside space was just insanely wonderful. The pool was large, beautiful, and heated. Very nice outdoor furniture and a palapa with surround sound speakers. Great location, close to tons of restaurants in Marathon and less than an hour to the surrounding keys for date time activities or dinner. Oh and the bed was so comfortable! To die for. Could not recommend this place any more!

Paradise Awaits !!!

This property was amazing!!!! We spent a lot of time in the pool and Tiki Hut and the balcony just watching all the snook swim around ! Pro tip for any fishing people . Walk behind the city building at the beginning of the block and follow the road past the dog park all the way to the back. They don't lock the gates nor bother you for fishing late late at night. We caught a 4ft shark and a 4ft Tarpon as well as many snappers around midnight every night ! It was amazing !! The back dock was a small let down. The tide rises about 5inches into the deck so we couldn't park our jetskis on the water for fear they would get grounded. Also it's super slippery from the algae buildup so I did fall down the steps and broke my big toe which was a super bu.mmer ! The kitchen was the BEST stocked kitchen in any rental we have ever been too ! Coffee and Keurig maker, and all top of the line appliances and cookware. I was super impressed with this part ! Dinner at the table with the sliders open looking out into canal watching for manatees .. Amazing views of Heat Lightning and storms ! It is across from airport but honestly they're in and out so fast we barely paid attention to it . And it was cool seeing the choppers take off and land . I would stay here every single time we came to the Keys, if it's available and they'll have us back. Do not hesitate to book!! Thank you so much for an amazing week in Marathon in your beautiful home !!!

Fun stay

Great stay at this property. A few small maintenace issues that were fixed quickly. House was exactly as pictured. Check in and check out procedure was a pain with a truck and boat.

Absolute Paradise!

Thank you so much for such a magical week! From manatees coming up to the dock, to quiet evenings by the pool…this property had it all! The inside of the house is beautiful, but in all honesty, we spent 90% of our time outside. You could not ask for a more perfect home or a more central location to stay in the keys. We will definitely be back!
