Direct access to the famous Mr Hulot beach for this charming T2 entirely renovated in 2020,

Located St Marc sur Mer, a very pleasant seaside resort close to La Baule, Pornichet, St Nazaire, Guérande and its salt marshes and less than an hour from Nantes,
All the shops are a few steps from the residence (restaurants, bars, café concert on Friday in season, bakery, tobacco, pharmacy and market every Thursday and Sunday)
It is also the starting point for many walks along the coast.

The 24 m2 apartment is located in a very quiet residence secured by badge can accommodate 4 people, it has all the necessary comfort to make you spend a pleasant holiday, Your bed will be made on your arrival and you will find linen toilet available,
The accommodation includes:

A main room with its fully equipped kitchen area (Induction Table, Fridge with freezer, Combined microwave / oven, Senséo coffee maker ...), table and chairs,
A sofa easily convertible into a 140 x 190 bed with a very good mattress, a large flat screen TV, a library, all opening onto a balcony on the courtyard side with a garden furniture for a moment of relaxation when returning from the beach,
