About this property

1bd Condo Ground Fl, Pool view,1.5blk to beach, walk to dine/bars,putting green

GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We also have beach chairs and beach toys for the kids too. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!

The space
Unit 7 is a 1 bed/1 bath unit with a king bed and has a leather sofa that will pull out with a queen sofa sleeper. It has approximately 600 Sq Ft and is on the ground floor. All of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, dishwasher, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Most relaxing place

Great place. Off of a quite street. Plus parking out front. Easy to the beach. Was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. All buildings and the property was well maintained. Would stay there again. Best part was the bid yellow Waffle House sign. It was my landmark on where to turn at. Could see it for miles
