Newly Purchased 2BR 2BA @ THE LONG BEACH RESORT!! 4th floor Tower 1

BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Great place- really busy being next to condos that only have beach access from across the road along with another condo and pineapple Willie’s! Lots of police on the beach next to tower 4! I think if you stayed on tower 2-4 it’s alway from the busyness! Another thing we didn’t like at all was tents where able to be put right in from of the beach chairs soWe didn’t rent chair bc tents over took your fee and walk to the water ( that’s should be stopped).

There was a slight glitch with the cleaning service, a mis-communication. The response to my email was quick. It appeared that the condo was undergoing some renovations. Nothing that interfered with our stay. The condo itself was set up great for a family. the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen / living area. That was nice. The living area was open and spacious. The pools were great and having the bar and grill right there was very good. Access to the beach was easy. Overall the stay was great.

Long Beach is our favorite resort in PCB and this is a very comfortable condo. Nice furnishings and finishes and the unit was very clean.

Awesome Location

Property was ready and clean when we arrived. The location is close to everything including great restaurants, water park, race track and many shops. I like this location it doesn’t seem as crowded in this area. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here in September 2024. It was as listed. We love the floor to ceiling windows in both rooms. The location was great and the Walmart was right down the road. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was a little tired, but everything was clean. We liked parking next the building and not having to park in ramp across the road. Perfect access to the beach with lots of places to eat and explore in the area. We would stay there again.

I enjoyed this location, and the unit was very clean and updated. my family rented 5 units throughout the property this week and I was lucky enough to get the nicest condo of all of them. this is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, attractions and everything you need while on vacation.

Nice resort

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times and it is always a good place. This unit could use a few updates to be perfect. The kitchen could use some help and the beds in the second bedroom are not the most comfortable.
