WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING THE BUSY SEASON (MARCH-OCTOBER) & MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT! Security will check at the gate.
Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath beachfront condo! We are located at Long Beach Resort, Tower 4 on the 8th floor! Our condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. We purchased and renovated our condo in 2016. We have a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large flat screen tv’s, dining area for up to 4 guest, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and tile flooring throughout. The living room tv is a "smart tv". The kitchen is equipped with blender, traditional coffeemaker, toaster, and other necessities for cooking. This condo was designed for coastal living, relaxation, and comfort. The most important aspect of this condo is the VIEW. Our unit has wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area to the bedroom. Out of the sliding glass doors of either room you will find an oversize balcony where you can sit and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches and watch the dolphins and other wildlife. We have 2 chairs with a table and ceiling fan on the balcony. We cannot wait for you to come and enjoy our vacation home!

-Carefree check-in- no key required, electronic key pad with an easy code for you to remember, and no extra trip to an office to check in and check out.
-Stackable washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience
-Iron/ironing boarding
-Bathroom has tub/shower combination and is accessible from bedroom and the living area.
-Amazing floor plan on the 8th floor. All rooms ocean front. The view is what it truly is all about!
-Wireless internet throughout the property.

-24 hour security gate access.
-This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Several beach items to use. Beach chairs and umbrella come with it, which is wonderful! Kim was very quick to answer my call and reply to texts. Beautiful view of the ocean from the 8th floor balcony via the double sliding glass doors! Nice new gym! Highly recommend staying here! Shopping, grocery stores and restaurants all very close. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo, Kim!

Perfect getaway for two

Great location away from Pier Park congestion. My husband and I enjoyed the cute, comfortable and clean condo. The beach chair service was an added bonus! Would stay here again!

Fantastic stay at the Beach!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in PCB in the last several years. The place is so welcoming and has a great home feeling to it. The balcony was absolutely wonderful!! And perfect size for the three of us. We saw dolphins every morning with the amazing view. This is a place we will visit again.

Dream getaway

From the private onsite parking to the easy check in, our vacation was a dream. Steve and Kim are wonderful hosts, making sure everything was clean and comfortable. You can sit on the large balcony and watch the breathtaking view for hours.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Kudos to the cleaning service because the entire place was spotless and smelled nice. There was entertainment at the main pool every day we were there (live music or DJ). We really liked the layout of this condo and would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Absolutely wonderful!!

You will love your stay! The condo is exactly as described with gorgeous views of the gulf. Check in / out was a breeze. Condo was clean, resort is clean and both well taken care of. We will definitely be back to this condo and the beach chairs were a huge plus!
