Sea vacation

My couple and I were looking for a nice appartment for our holiday and we definitely found it. Everything was lovely, incredible facilities… It is important, though, having a vehicle because even though distances are short, slopes makes it hard to move on foot. You can easily park next to the appartment. For everything else, our stay has been unbeatable.

Great apartment in a lovely village

The apartment met all of our expectations, the view and location were excellent. The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment, really comfy bed, huge TV and large American style Fridge/Freezer Had everything we needed for our stay Only feedback would be a clothes horse to dry clothes or washing line in the entrance terrace area 😀 and for us a microwave would have been useful but we managed and throughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend car hire but there are local buses and taxis

Wonderful sea views

The apartment has everything you need and it was spotlessly clean. Sitting on the balcony with wonderful views of the sea was very relaxing. It was very hot but the air conditioning was great and we liked the keyless system. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill (so great views!) but the bus stop is practically outside the door making it really easy to get into the centre of Nerja. A nice apartment to stay in.

A week in Nerja

Property was as advertised. Well equipped and great AC (very warm during our visit). We are a couple in middle 70's, so climbing 25 stairs was exercise. Peter did advise us of the stairs ahead of time. Seems like everthing in Nerja involes stairs. We spent most of our time while in the apartment on the balcony with it's fabulous views! Would recommend this apartment.

Well located and equipped apartment

A lovely well equipped apartment in the heart of the Capistrano Village. Just a 5 to 10 minute drive from Nerja and a selection of beaches. We parked at the Carabeo Balcon de Europa and tgis was a five minute walk to the heart of Nerja and beaches. The apartment is licated on the top flooe and up 27 ateps so not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. Loves views to the coast. Bed was ok, pillows weren't the best. Great air-conditioning and fans. No oven or microwave so be aware. You could walk ro Nerja but would be uphill all the way back. Swimming pool and area was great. Its licated back down the one way street tou drive up. Would thoroughly recommend a yrip to Nerja Caves and Frigliana but not Competa as this was a drive from hell up the side of a very steep mountain. Didn't use the Bus but the stop is right outside the apartment. Would stay here again. We parked

Leiligheten var veldig fin og godt utstyrt. Det var et fantastisk basseng område i nærheten.

Hele Capristana Village var veldig vakkert, sjarmerende med diverse andalusisk utsmykning på husene, søte fontener og frukttrær og vi hadde mye glede av å ha et flott basseng i nærheten.Meget hyggelig område , var lett å komme i kontakt med andre beboere. Flott utsikt fra balkongen. Leiligheten fungerte veldig bra med aircondition og rene, nye overflater og møbler. Vi fant alt som vi trengte for oppholdet vårt. Deilig å ha drikkevann i krana. Var kort avstand til buss og grei gangavstand til både butikk, strand og gammel by. Det som dessverre trekker litt ned var mangel på varmt vann ( vi kunne ha løst det med å gi beskjed med en gang) , noe bråk fra naboer, ikke alt var helt rent i skuffene og vi hadde noe problem med låsing ved bl.a avreise, døren smekket ikke helt igjen. Litt uheldig med en stor mast som var utsikten fra kjøkkenkroken, menmen.. Men alt i alt, her fikk vi mye for pengene og anbefaler dette stedet på det sterkeste.

Born and raised in Sweden, where the winters are long lasting. The constant dream of owning a home in a warmer climate has finally taken shape now. The idea is to move there permanently in a few years’ time.

Why they chose this property

After our first visit to Nerja in 2008, we used to come here at least once a year. Nerja really has everything a Spanish city can offer. No concret desert with the lack of original features, not easy to find among these sun-drenched shores. We quickly concluded that this was the right place for us to live. Additionally, the surrounding area featuring the Sierra de Almijara is fantastic. It also protects us from the cold north wind, which is why the winters tend to be mild and rarely below 15 degrees.

What makes this property unique

The whole Capistrano Village was built in this fantastic and charming Andalusian architectural style. When we entered the apartment for the first time, the magnificent view took us by storm. The now refurbished floor matches the style of the patio and creates a sense of unity.
