Located in a brand-new, private, gated, and secure residential complex, this superb single-story villa is sure to meet your expectations!<br><br>The house, with a floor area of 75 m², features two bedrooms, each measuring 13 m² (one bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and another with two 90 x 200 cm beds) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. We provide a travel cot. The house can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the 140 x 200 cm fold-out bed in the living room.<br><br>You’ll also find a spacious 30 m² living area with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a toaster, a capsule coffee maker, and a kettle. There’s a TV in the living room. Board games for the whole family. Bluetooth speaker for listening to music. The villa is fully air-conditioned thanks to its reversible HVAC system (heating in winter).<br><br>Two parking spaces in front of the house allow you to easily park your vehicle. That’s really nice when you come back from the beach with your arms full!<br><br>We provide a binder containing our list of recommended spots, insider tips, and brochures for activities available on our island. And for your comfort upon arrival, a starter kit will be provided (toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, etc.).<br><br>Outside, you’ll find a private, unheated 6x3m² pool, just for you! The pool is unavailable from November 1 through March 30, inclusive.<br><br>Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided so you can fully enjoy the good life under the Corsican sun. /!
