This vacation home has a heated pool which is surrounded by a fully fenced in private backyard. The home has 3 bedrooms (two of which are Master bedrooms with King size beds) and 2.5 baths. The living space includes a large inviting living room with cozy fireplace, comfy couch and multiple sitting areas for coffee, wine, or a simple game of chess. Chef style kitchen that connects the living space with the dining area that overlooks the pool. Sliders fully open to connect the indoor sitting area with the pool and outdoor sitting area with a gas grill.

The living and dining area, as well as all three bedrooms, have smart TVs and/or cable boxes. Both bathrooms have showers and one has a tub. The third bathroom is spa like with a teak wood counter as well as a shower for rinsing off after the beach or pool.

This property is just a short walk/bike ride to the entrance of Vanderbilt Beach. All bikes and beach gear included! A Wiggins Park pass is also included. Naples Park is centrally located in Naples with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the zoo.

Family vacation

This home is in a great location! Close to beach and shopping. Naples park is a great safe neighborhood. We enjoyed bike riding to the beach as well as daily walks. The home had a wonderful nice and cool air conditioning system, the beds are extremely COMFORTABLE! The bikes are in great shape. The pool is open with no cage, great for getting sun, the pool does collect a lot of debris, however they have a pool net there to keep it clean. Peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Great location and very clean!

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the pool and backyard. Very relaxing! House was spotless and nicely remodeled. Enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the beach and restaurants, plus the neighborhood in general was very walkable and made for a nice morning exercise.

Can't beat Vanderbilt Beach!

We booked a two-week vacation at this home, and it met every expectation! Tracy and her husband were super friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We love this location with its proximity to the beaches, shopping, and ease to the airport. The kitchen was completely equipped, and with an additional fridge in the garage, we had plenty of freezer space and room for our beverages-that was a nice surprise!

Property manager was very easy to communicate with, allowed early check in when the airline changed our arrival time and even brought over an iron when I told her I could not find one and was down for a wedding in desperate need! Great location relative to beach and great shops/ restaurants.

Comfy Naples Retreat

The house is located in a great area in Naples Park, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean inside; but we did have to clean off the patio furniture and clean the pool - no cage, so that happens - no big deal. The house was very nicely renovated, and it had everything we needed (but bring your own Keurig coffee pods!). Tracy, the host, was terrific and promptly addressed any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice vacation in Naples Fl

An excellent vacation home, all very clean and well equipped in a beautiful area and a very quiet neighborhood.The kitchen is very useful with everything you need. The communication with the owner is excellent. The house is located very near the beach of vanderbilt beach 5 minutes and 15 minutes from beautiful beach. There are many restaurants and places to eat very close to the house. We spent some very nice and relaxed days and we recommend it 100 %.

When you don’t want surprises

Everything was as advertised. Talked to owner several times about minor questions and she was Johnny on the spot. Very well decorated and also very well equipped with dishes, pots snd pans, etc. several bikes provided for sightseeing. Would book it again.
