This vacation home has a heated pool which is surrounded by a fully fenced in private backyard. The home has 3 bedrooms (two of which are Master bedrooms with King size beds) and 2.5 baths. The living space includes a large inviting living room with cozy fireplace, comfy couch and multiple sitting areas for coffee, wine, or a simple game of chess. Chef style kitchen that connects the living space with the dining area that overlooks the pool. Sliders fully open to connect the indoor sitting area with the pool and outdoor sitting area with a gas grill.

The living and dining area, as well as all three bedrooms, have smart TVs and/or cable boxes. Both bathrooms have showers and one has a tub. The third bathroom is spa like with a teak wood counter as well as a shower for rinsing off after the beach or pool.

This property is just a short walk/bike ride to the entrance of Vanderbilt Beach. All bikes and beach gear included! A Wiggins Park pass is also included. Naples Park is centrally located in Naples with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the zoo.

The house was perfect in all respects; location, layout, exceedingly clean, warm pool, and amenities. Easy check-in. Tracy communicated with us via text making sure everything was good. Beds and linens were very comfortable. This house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location could not be beat with quick access to Vanderbilt Beach and it’s parking garage.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in close proximity to very good restaurants and shopping. We also explored some other islands as day trips. The only unpleasant feature of the house was the configuration of a shower and bathroom sink in one of the bedrooms. I’ve never seen a bathroom room sink located inside a shower which is quite inconvenient. Bathrooms are compact. Other than that, we had a pleasant vacation.

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the pool and backyard. Very relaxing! House was spotless and nicely remodeled. Enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the beach and restaurants, plus the neighborhood in general was very walkable and made for a nice morning exercise.

Can't beat Vanderbilt Beach!

We booked a two-week vacation at this home, and it met every expectation! Tracy and her husband were super friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We love this location with its proximity to the beaches, shopping, and ease to the airport. The kitchen was completely equipped, and with an additional fridge in the garage, we had plenty of freezer space and room for our beverages-that was a nice surprise!

Family vacation

This home is in a great location! Close to beach and shopping. Naples park is a great safe neighborhood. We enjoyed bike riding to the beach as well as daily walks. The home had a wonderful nice and cool air conditioning system, the beds are extremely COMFORTABLE! The bikes are in great shape. The pool is open with no cage, great for getting sun, the pool does collect a lot of debris, however they have a pool net there to keep it clean. Peaceful and relaxing vacation.
