Lovely, clean, self-contained second floor unit with private balcony that overlooks a private swimming pool located in the safe secure area of the San Jose Del Cabo Hotel Zone. Clean linens, dishes and numerous Beach related items are in the unit and await your arrival!

The Condominium is professionally managed and the surrounding grounds and gardens are well kept for added beauty and tranquility.

The Condo is very comfortable, situated in a quiet complex and has all items to ensure your stay will be memorable and at the very least, meet your expectations!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
Our Property Manager will advise Guests of where to leave the keys upon Guest departure.
Please advise Property Manager if there were any issues in the condo during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cancel at least 60 days before check in to get back 100% funds. Cancel 30 to 60 days before check in for a 50% refund and balance in a 2 yr credit.
For respect of others, Complex quite time after 9:00 PM please.
No smoking in condo or on Balconies please!

Hello! I live in Edmonton, AB. and have been travelling to Los Cabos at least once a year for the past 12 years. I have yet to fill the bucket list of things to do in the area and urge you to come and not only enjoy my Condo but everything San Jose Del Cabo has to offer. The Condo is in close walking proximity to every amenity you require! Hard to beat that.

I decided to buy a vacation rental in San Jose Del Cabo because of the beautiful surrounding area and the easy access to recreational activities. The residents and guests in and around San Jose Del Cabo are friendly and welcoming of others. Beautiful beaches a short walking distance from my condo unit allow guests to rest without interruption.
