First Floor Duplex 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with bay views and a short walk to the beach! Bedroom 1 has two single beds. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and has an attached Jack and Jill bathroom that shares with the third bedroom which has 2 more single beds in it. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. The hall bathroom has a tub and shower and has been completely renovated. There is a large deck that wraps around the living room, dining area, and side of the house. There is plenty of off street parking- you can fit parking for up to 6 cars. This home rents for a 2 WEEK MINIMUM and lease not confirmed until lease is signed and payment is received. Call for more info.
