We love the area and the house was super close to the beach and pool and grill were a bonus!

This house needs new mattresses and furniture. Sofas lean and one is broken. Mattresses are bad too.

We had a nice time but the house furnishings need replaced badly. You can feel the springs in the mattresses and the sofa is broken.

Needs lots of attention and TLC

Pool was dirty so kids didn’t end up using it. Houses around this home did not look lived in or taken care of at all. All air ducts and ceiling fans were covered in dust. Did not feel comfortable with this level of cleanliness. Pots and pans were all thrown into cabinets. Not recommended for this price.

The property could use some renovations, and the house behind us was run down... about 6 mattresses laying outside locked abandon. Not a place to relax by a pool comfortably.The pool wasn’t clean, but working. The beds were unbelievable hard and comforter sets where not comfortable. We tried every bed in the house, they were all the same. The chairs to our dining table where different from each other. Some big some small. The price we paid this vacation was not a worthy standard of what we paid. We travel often and have had much better experiences for less money.

Family Vacation June 2020

We had 7 adults and 1 child( 3yrs old) on our trip. The house was great and the bedroom's were exactly what we needed foe our group. Upon arrival the house wasn't as clean as you would of thought for new renter's to come into. Also we had issues not having TV or Wifi for 1st day but they came out quickly the next day and fixed it. I wish they would of told us or put in note when garbage gets picked up so we were ready.. instead of hearing the truck and running to get can to the curb. Also we had to buy a skimmer to clean pool for cpl days before the pool guy came. All in all it was a great home, location and vacation.

Pretty clean. Wished there was a pool skimmer to remove bugs etc from pool. Enjoyed the private pool. Weed control around pool deck needed. Asked Manager for skimmer and weed control and was told they’d send someone the next day but no one came. Perhaps busy or short staffed due to holiday weekend. House has good layout for multi-family and is close to beach access. Immediate vicinity appears to be transitioning.
