About this property

3 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom with a formal dining room, and living room, brick home. It also includes a game room and a eat in kitchen with a large private back deck overlooking trees and a large lawn. It has all hardwood floors in this 1500 sq foot home. The basement is off limits with a long term tenant in residence. The basement apartment is rented and this is the first floor. Entry way is pad locked on both sides and a separate entry way is in the back. I do not allow pets due to the beautiful rugs. I will allow them if we agree ahead of time, and there is a fee that is returnable if no damage is noted.

Homey house

Good location and house had all we needed for our family. Our grandson loved the games and the adults enjoyed the deck between our events in the area. Host was responsive to our messages.

Pine Knot and Monticello visit perfect stay

The house was perfect for our visit to the area. My wife and I and another couple stayed two nights. The house was as described, sans no tenet is living in the basement. The home is very nice and very clean. All slept well in the comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the large shaded backyard. Communication with Jeannie was great! Highest recommendation.

My love is pinball, and I hope you see that in my Game room. As a child I love to play games. My favorite was ping pong. So you might notice that too!

Why they chose this property

This property was built in 1965. It was drawn on the back of a paper bag, and built by hand by my father. This was his work of art! He was a builder by trade, and owned a construction company. I grew up here. I love this home, and hope that you will also.

What makes this property unique

I have a real pinball machine called Laser Ball. Key is in the cabinet, and money to play is there. Also is ping pong. The outdoor deck with a large yard is wonderful to just hang out.
