Come experience the unique designs of the Madrona by renown architect, Ross Chapin and the quality, comfort, and charm of a true Chapin home. The architectural detail work is second to none.

Step outside your door and within walking distance to fine restaurants, galleries, boutiques, public beach, Amtrack stop and marinas.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the cottage front or rear porches complete with flower boxes; spend the afternoon riding a bike or at the beach.

This perfect vacation home boasts a private first floor master suite with cathedral ceilings. Private bathroom with rain shower. Cathedral ceilings.
Guest powder room on main floor.
2nd Bedroom with a connected full Bathroom and tub.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. Don't forget the stairwell reading nook.

The sleeping bags are ready in place in the 'kids only' loft, perfect for sleep and play.
Family room has a pool table, game table, and foosball table.
Total square footage is 2700 sq ft.

Pack up the family and head to the beach. Don't worry about what to bring. We provide bicycles and beach chairs.

Equipped with high speed internet and cable TV. Linens are provided along with full service kitchens with all necessities of home.

Electronic 5' filter for those with air quality concerns.

Over an acre of PRIVATE spacious grounds for plenty of outdoor fun that is SAFE for children, dogs and adults.

We can sleep more but only allow for 10 guest.
4 true bedrooms plus a loft. The rental rates are posted and are easy to read.

2 Bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 with a King and 1 Bedroom with 2 full beds and a trundle. We also have a full size crib and a convertible crib for the little ones..

2 Flat screen TV's with access to internet TV and free Netflix.

New Buffalo Family Trip

We have been coming to New Buffalo for a decade as part of an annual family trip that has been going on for over 20 years. This is the first time that we’ve stayed longer than a weekend and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The house was well equipped for children, was very clean and stocked with provisions for vacation, and the location is fantastic. It’s easy to get downtown and to the beach while also having fantastic pool access. Check In/Out was very easy.
