On the heights of Sanremo (access by small mountain roads) with 180° sea views. Two magnificent terraces + one covered for evening dining in a friendly atmosphere. Beautiful space with swimming pool and pool house.

Equipped kitchen and washing machine. Wifi and satellite TV. Many visits and walks in the area, not to mention the famous Sanremo market on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Description:

Ground floor: 1 living room/games room (billiards and darts), 1 bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom.

1st FLOOR: 1 large master bedroom (queen size bed) with balcony sea view and en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room, terrace 1 with magnificent sea view and lounge area, equipped kitchen, garden, covered terrace and terrace 2 also sea view and barbecue.

2nd FLOOR: large bedroom 1 (large king size bed) with sea view terrace, bedroom 2 (queen size bed), bedroom 3 (double bed), bedroom 4 (double bed), separate bathroom and separate toilet.

Nous avons apprécié la maison. Cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer, San Remo et ses lumières . Le bémol, c'est la route d'accès et le manque de lieux de promenade à proximité de la maison. Routes très étroites. Néanmoins, nous avons passé un bon séjour.
