Der Außenbereich ist mit der Aussicht richtig schön. Ebenso hat man genug Platz für Spiele draußen und auch die Tischtennisplatte ist super.Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war aber eher schlecht. Auf Probleme mit der Dusche beispielsweise kam nur "das war noch nie so" anstatt nach Lösungen gesucht wurde. Das gleiche mit der Kaffeemaschine die wir nur Entkalken müssen - bei einem Preis von 7.000 für 10 Nächte entkalkt man die Kaffeemaschine nicht selber!Im Zimmer oben hat man zudem Nachts durchgehend Tiere gehört, vermutlich Mäuse oder Ratten. Wir haben ebenfalls eine Ratte in der Küche entdeckt. Im Außenbereich ging zudem der Wasseranschluss nicht.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dennoch sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier aber definitiv nicht.

Ein Sommer in Familie

Wir sind mit unseren Töchtern und ihren Familien (11 Personen zwischen 2 und 67 Jahren) in das Landhaus bei Sospel gereist - ausschlaggebend waren der Platz im Haus (einschließlich der drei Bäder), die Größe des Grundstückes mit gepflegtem Pool und die Lage in der Region. Die ältere Tochter und ihre Familie mag das Meer und den Strand - Entfernung ca. 1/2 Stunde mit dem Auto. Die jüngere Tochter und ihre Familie liebt das Klettern und Wandern, auch unterschiedlich schwierige Klettersteige sind innerhalb von einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir Großeltern haben die Enkel in den 2 Wochen entspannt, lustig, verärgert, streitend und sich wieder vertragend erlebt, mit den Kindern diskutiert und gespielt - und das Kleinstadtleben von Sospel mit regionalem Markt und ruhigen Abenden genossen. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Fantastisch uitzicht

Heerlijk rustig met een fantastisch uitzicht. Lekker zwembad en een uitzonderlijke ruimte om het huis. Helaas geen wilde dieren gespot, maar wel gehoord in de nacht.

Herrliche Ruhe in traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus inmitten einer Oase der Ruhe und trotzdem, wenn auch nach einer gewöhnungsbedürftigen Strecke, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Italien, Monaco, Menton. Kommen gern noch einmal wieder!

Déception sur les équipements : Mauvais fonctionnement du lave vaisselle Radiateur défectueux de la salle de bain commune aux 3 chambres . Pas de verrou à la salle de bain/wc commune aux 3 chambres. Impossible d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre de l'une des chambres.. Vaiselle sale à notre arrivée.

Je suis navrée de votre déception concernant les équipements , suite à votre plainte concernant le lave vaisselle et le sèche serviette d’une des Sdb nous sommes intervenus des que possible mais malheureusement étant donné que personne précédemment ne s’était plaint nous ne pouvions pas savoir . De plus il s’agissait juste dun problème de programme . En ce qui concerne la porte fenêtre d’une des chambres comme nous vous avions expliqué le locataire qui vous avait précédé était parti avec la clé . Concernant les deux mugs sales que vous aviez trouvé malheureusement ils avaient été rangé sans que la femme de ménage ne s’en aperçoive. Si toutefois vous souhaitiez revenir nous ferons un geste commercial et vous accueillerons avec plaisir .
