An authentic costa rican luxurious beach condo, perfect for a group of friends or family. Featuring a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable and spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Its patio has view to the golf course, gardens and partial ocean view.

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that Reserva Conchal offers, like its extraordinary beach club with restaurant and swimming pool and direct access to the wonderful Playa Conchal, in a relaxed family atmosphere



Playa Conchal, located in front of the resort, is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica, pristine white sand and turquoise warm waters await you. The resort hosts a professional 18-hole golf course designed by the recognized Robert Trent Jones II. For nature lovers, the resort provides more than 5km of natural trails for hiking and biking, also a wildlife refuge (protected area) that is home of several flora and fauna species that are worth to visit.

Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.

Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.



This unit has full access to Reserva Conchal beach club, gym, pools, jacuzzi and spa, complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and shuttle ride to/from the condo to/from the beach club, golf course, main gate.

The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.



Important note: to access the condo you need to go downstairs about 60 steps so this unit is not recommended for people with reduced mobility

If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.

In case your stay is 7 or more nights, we offer a general cleaning service on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. The place looks just like the pictures. The host is responsive. The beach is an 8-10 minute drive within a large and beautiful reserve, so if you do not have a car rental, I highly suggest a golfcart )

Great place to stay

Great place to stay - house was clean, lots of space, nice patio overlooking nature and drink your morning coffee. Only downside is that you have to drive to the beach access. Distance to/from beach is close but there is no shortcut but a big loop around which makes it too far too walk

Great Location

Super easy to get around if you rent a golf cart. Having beach club access, the ability to order groceries, and eat at other hotels for dinner was fun! The management company was extremely accommodating and very responsive. They made reservations for us and all!

Our second time staying in the same Villa (Bouganvilla 2102). Had everything needed to cook and enjoy the area. Just a small tip that there are no spicescondiments so bring someshop day 1 if cooking Has a Bbq which we loved as not everyone had one

Great location and amenities

Very secure, large gated community. There was a view of the Pacific from the patio. We were able to drive to the beach club in a few minutes and found parking each time. Great amenities at the beach club and a very nice, sandy calm beach. The unit was a great size for our family of four, lots of living space.

Reserva Conchal Retreat - Amazing Guest Service

We stayed at Bourgainvillia for 5 nights with 6 people. The apartment was spacious enough for all of us. The property was very clean. The guest service throughout our stay was first class. We mostly communicated through what's up which is the easiest and fastest way to get answers to any questions we had. The apartment is close to the entrance of the Reserva Conchal, so the beach is a good 30 minutes walk. (3 km) We took the car and parked at the beach club each time we went. There is a shuttle bus available which we did not use. Although this is a resort area there was an abundance of wildlife such as birds, iguanas, and nose bears. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet resort retreat

The location of the property was great! Great space and amenities. The kitchen needs to be better equipped as items may have walked off but it was nice to have the option to cook. We also would have liked better instructions on how to utilize different rental options or use the adjoining hotel properties but the resort office was unmanned during our stay. Overall, it was a great getaway with our family at a beautiful resort and seemingly private pool close by. Howler monkeys in the trees by the beautiful beach was an amazing surprise too!

Very beautiful location, the shuttle service was easy to use and get us where wet going.
