Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner was good. We appreciated the 4 ice trays in the freezer for filling water bottles for outside activities! And there were plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking breakfast. Our kids enjoyed the proximity to the indoor pool, and we sat in the hot tub after a couple of the days out and about. Our unit has been owned by four brothers since 2010. Originally, we bought unit for the exclusive use of our family and friends. Three years ago, we decided to do short term rentals to cover some of the HOA fees, taxes, and insurance

Why they chose this property

Our complex is located near many attractions and is convenient for shopping at a variety stores 1 mile away. Shelter Cove Park and veterans Park are very close and of course the beach is accessible from our boardwalk across a salt marsh.
