We had a great stay in the condo. It is in the first building, closest to the pool and beach, so it was quick and easy to get back and forth to the unit. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the dryer initially, but the rental company came out quickly to fix it and we had no further issues with it. We stay in Villamare yearly and this was a very nice unit.

This is a great spot! A short bike or walk to the tennis and pickleball courts. Beach and pool are right out the door. Unit is sparkling clean. I really appreciated the communication ahead of our stay about upcoming construction. Very responsive! Will definitely stay here again.

Many short comings in the condo. Kitchen cupboards were in the dire need of replacement as were the doors to the laundry equipment. The dryer is very load, probably needs replacing. The pots and pans need replacing.I think it’s for sale and been on the market for quite a while, if they want to sell it I would address the cupboards and doors on the laundry closet.The stay was nice, weather didn’t cooperate.

Great community amenities, clean rooms and bathrooms, easy access to pool and beach. Our kids appreciated the beach toy sharing bin on the ground floor near the elevators. No need to pack sand toys! Regarding this unit, I would note that the ceilings were low in the showers- if you are over 5’9” you’re going to have a bit of a tight squeeze to get under the shower head! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Facility (including pool and outdoor areas, stairwells, etc) also very clean and well maintained. Condo unit close to entrance to palmetto dunes so very convenient. Condo itself did not have the ocean view it was advertised (and priced) for, as the view was completely obstructed by large trees surrounding the pool area. Some updates to the condo (showers) were recent, but some things (sinks, toilets) were outdated and could have used a refresh. Overall, very well-appointed condo and loved the complex overall. Could have been more reasonably priced since it was not a true ocean view as advertised.

Great location

This condo is very close to the pool and the beach access. It is also very close to the elevator. Very nice layout with large bedrooms. The bathrooms could use some updating but everything worked and was clean. I would stay here again. A rating from me.

September Experience

Very clean..this unit had lots of supplies for you to use which the other unit we used in May didn’t. Would stay at this unit again. Showers were dated but overall really nice

The condo was nice but had outdated bathrooms. The showers were old and ran out of hot water. One of the toilets ran nonstop.

Beachside Getaway

Beachside Getaway is one of the best property management companies I have ever experienced. We had a slight problem with the A/C the night we arrived, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. Will, their engineer, was amazing. The condo was very nice and as described. Beautiful new pool complex near the ocean and well-maintained common areas.

We had a great stay!

Beautiful condo with excellent accomodations. Kitchen well equipped and easy to navigate. Location with easy access to pool, beach, tennis and bike trails around the island. Workout center updated with indoor pool and hot tub within easy walking distance. General store nearby. Luckily had great weather . Lifeguards right outside attentive to ocean conditions and warning us if the riptide. If you love the beach and outdoor activities you will not be disappointed!

Our Stay at 1209 Villamare

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five nights at this location in August. We found these accommodations to be nice and clean during our stay. Very helpful to have beach towels for use at the pool and on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
