In the middle of the the exclusive "palmaraie" area,with a beautiful view of the High Atlas Mountains,modern villa of maroccan architecture in residential setting with an open -air swimming pool, tenniscourt, and 24 hour security.Recently built and renovated, free-standing in a small and very calm residential compound with a well cared flower garden set amongst palm trees.
one patio, and one first floor terrace, 2 TV's,cable tv access, WIFI internet access, dish washer, washing machine,air contion ( heating and cooling options)in all rooms, open fire place, 3 bicycles, all linen and towels provided, female chef and houskeeper available if wanted.

Amazing time

Bernard’s place is a lovely villa tucked in quiet green residence. We had an amazing time there will surely book again next time. Leila is a lovely cook, did everything we asked of her, Thank you very much. And Aziz the driver was ever so helpful, took us wherever we needed to go. As a family it was ideal in terms of security, somewhere for the kids to play and take long walks. All round 5 stars

Family holiday

A beautiful villa set in a picturesque surroundings with a swimming pool and a tennis court. My family and I had the most wonderful 8 days staying at this property. The owner of this property arranged for a cook and a driver which was enormously helpful as the villa is slightly tucked away from the bustling city centre. We took advantage of the driver to take us around Morocco and show us the beautiful countrysides. Thank you for your hospitality!

A fabulous and relaxing break with friends

Wow! I booked nine nights in the Villa Yasmina as a christmas gift for my partner who's last visit to Marrakech was 30 years ago. We mentioned to our friends that we were going to be spending Christmas in Marrakech and that we had a bedroom spare... The four of us had a fabulous time exploring magical Marrakech and the surrounding area. We loved coming home to meals prepared by the lovely Leila and the calmness that the villa provides. We enjoyed bike rides around the palmeraie and the neighbouring properties are amazing with the most incredible gardens. Said took us on some amazing day trips and a highlight of our holiday was Christmas dinner in a palace not far from the villa. The villa itself is perfect and we loved our bedroom which had a lovely terrace, perfect for an early morning yoga session. Francoise, the owner was very helpful and had left a folder with ideas of things to do and recommended restaurants. We all had a fabulous time and hope to return next year, ʾIn shāʾ Allāh. Merci encore to Francoise, Said and Leila for making our holiday one that we will never forget.

Das Haus war schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt nicht weit vom Zentrum jedoch sehr ruhig. Leila hat uns sehr gut versorgt. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A recommander !!

Très belle vacances avec nos 2 adolescents et une amie , dans un cadre enchanteur et calme ! Belle maison spacieuse et confortable. Très grande piscine partagée mais sans trop de monde ...et pour nous seul le matin entre 7 et 9h30 et le soir à partir de 19h 30 . Accueil extrêmement chaleureux du chauffeur Saïd que nous conseillons pour de belles excursions à la journée ! Et enfin ...ne vous privez surtout pas de la présence discrète de Laïla qui nous a régalé du matin au soir de ses crêpes, tajine , couscous , et salades Marocaine en tous genres !! De vrais vacances reposantes !! Enfin, un grand merci à Mr et Mme Kolb toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions !! Villa à recommander sans modération !!! Virginie et Christophe

Presque très bien

Très belle maison, spacieuse, et joliment décorée. Endroit très calme et verdoyant. Leila ,la cuisinière, est très sympa et à l'écoute. Ne pas hésiter. Seul bémol lors de notre séjour, la piscine, qui pour un problème technique, n'était pas en eau...Notre critère principal de location était justement d'avoir un point d'eau pour les enfants. Et nous avons découvert cela seulement à notre arrivée... Petit dédommagement par les propriétaires , qui n' a cependant pas compensé notre immense déception.

An oasis of tranquillity

We had a great Christmas holiday. The villa is welcoming, cosy and relaxing. Leyla was very nice and cooked delicious meals for us all the time and Zackary/Said, the taxi drivers, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend it...especially if you have young children, as it's not much to do in Marrakesh for them, but they loved the villa and played football in the garden all day. Thank you Bernard and Francoise for organizing every thing. We will come again 😍

Les palmeraies constituent un endroit idéal pour se reposer . La villa dispose de tous les conforts pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances. La verdure le calme les bons petits plats de Leila y sont aussi pour beaucoup. En gros une semaine magnifique à recommander sans hésiter !

Jolie maison avec tout le confort nécessaire (quand celui ci ne décide pas de tomber en panne lol) Leila nous a accueillie et nous a prépare un tajine pour notre arrivée Maison propre avec de jolie espace à vivre Très bonne literie Residence Calme et Sécurisée Tennis La propriétaire est une personne disponible et réactive Hassen à qui nous avons eu affaire car nous avions un problème de climatisation est un homme exeptionel et d'une réactivité surprenante au maroc......merci à lui Nous recommandons cette maison à toutes les familles avec enfants et nous y reviendrons sûrement aux beaux jours. ......en réservant bien à l'avance cette fois ci. Lorsque vous consultez les appréciations sur une location vous vous posez toujours la question de la véracité des témoignages. Dans le cas présent nous pouvons dire qu'ils ne sont pas dithyrambiques et qu'ils correspondent à la réalité. La résidence Yasmida est un havre de tranquillité dans un quartier résidentiel à la sortie de Marrakech sur le route de Fes. Comme l'ont indiqué les autres locataires cette location offre tout le confort. Normal, Françoise et Bernard mettent à votre disposition leur propre maison lorsqu'ils séjournent en France. Vous disposez à la fois du décors, de la qualité des équipements, de celle de la literie ..... À l'évidence ils sont très intégrés au sein des autochtones. Ne soyez donc pas étonnés qu'ils vous proposent les services de leur chauffeur de taxi, de leur guide dans l'atlas. N'hésitez pas cela vous simplifiera la vie. N'hésitez pas, non plus, à faire appel à Leila, leur cuisinière, elle peut vous accompagner pour faire vos achats et sa cuisine est à ravir. Pour résumer vous pouvez choisir cette résidence sans aucune inquiétude. À conseiller sans arrière pensée. Bon séjour.

Séjour très agréable dans la palmeraie

Mon avis va confirmer l'ensemble des autres avis. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison et cela restera un trés bon moment. Habitué à louer à l'étranger, cette location fait partie de mes belles découvertes que je recommande.N'hésitez à solliciter Saïd et Leïla.

Perfect place to relax!

We enjoyed a wonderful one-month stay at the Palmeraie!! It was a very welcome refuge from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Francoise and Bernard are delightful landlords. They really went the extra mile to make us feel at home: picked us up at the airport, served us a lovely lunch, guided us around the neighborhood, and even gave us their last loaf of bread when we forgot to buy our own. The home was very comfortable and secure--a great base for exploring the country. It was definitely a treat having Laila to cook for us and we learned some fantastic new recipes to try at home. You do need a car to get around easily, but I would definitely recommend this place for families with children or anyone planning a longer stay as you'll really appreciate having the conveniences of home. I hope we'll have the chance to visit again some day!

villa magnifique très bien située dans Marrakech

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos trois enfants dans cette très confortable villa à proximité du centre ville de Marrakech.La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, c'est un vrai havre de paix au milieu d'un magnifique jardin avec une très belle piscine . Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leurs excellents conseils de visite, notre sortie dans la vallée de L'Ourika à la découverte de villages berbères accompagnés du guide qu'ils recommandent restera un souvenir inoubliable. Nous nous sommes régalés des petits plats préparés par Leïla qui est une très bonne cuisinière, adorable et très discrète. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons beaucoup y retourner!

Une location très bien à tout niveau. La villa est dans une endroit très calme et surveillée, tout en étant à proximité du centre ville et de petits commerces (Il vous faut toutefois une voiture pour vous déplacer). niveau propreté : rien à redire. Le séjour a été également très agréable grâce à Leila qui a su être discrète tout en étant efficace. Et en plus de cela, les propriétaires ont été toujours disponibles tout au long de nos démarches pour la location. En bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un séjour en toute tranquillité

Un séjour 5 étoiles "luxe" ...Marrakech n'aurait pas été aussi belle sans cette jolie villa . Tout d'abord nous tenons a remercier Leila la cuisinière qui a fait de notre séjour une pause gourmande d'une semaine. Une villa magnifique décorée Avec goût. Le chauffeur de taxi nous a permis de se balader en toute tranquillité dans tous nos trajets avec les enfants qui en ont fait leur coqueluche...

"Maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût dans le style marocain et bien équipée. Nombreux conseils, bonnes adresses et guides touristiques laissés à disposition par les propriétaires. Jardin magnifique, très bien entretenu. Idéalement situé : suffisamment proche du centre ville pour les visites et à l''écart du bruit pour des vacances reposantes."
