Completed in November, 2019. This rental has everything you need for summer fun! Private outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, 8 beach passes, games, cable, wifi, gas grill and 3 decks. Right across the street from the bay and park that has tennis and basketball courts.
This house sleeps 10 comfortably (8 adults/2 children).
1st Floor - 1 queen BDR, 1 BA, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room
2nd Floor - 1 BA, 2 queen BDR, 1 BDR (twin and a full bed) 1 king BDR with master BA.
Cable in Living Room and Master Bedroom - Smart TV's for streaming in all other bedrooms.
5 blocks to beach - patio furniture provided on all decks and yard.
Families only - smoke free - no pets - must be 25 to rent. Absolutely no more than 10 guests, including children, are permitted to stay per township guidelines. Weekly rental only in the Summer. Linens are not provided. Must bring own towels, sheets and pillows. Light quilts on the beds are provided.

Exceptional House / Great Vacation

I have rented a few homes in the area, and this was by far the nicest one. The home was super clean, the kitchen was amazingly well stocked, there was an abundance of outdoor seating areas in the front and back of the house to enjoy with family, and the view of the bay was wonderful. Looking at the bay from the bedroom balconies in the early morning and again at sunset was beautiful. We walked / rode our bikes to the beaches (bay and ocean) quite easily, and just hopped across the street to play tennis at the end of the day. The added amenities of a wagon, beach badges, bikes, beach umbrella and cooler were just icing on the cake. This is an exceptional house in a great location.

The house is beautiful, located in a great spot with views of the bay, and incredibly well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely rent this place again!

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The views of the bay are stunning - we sat on the front porch every night! I often find that furniture comfiness is lacking in rental properties which is a bummer when we stay with such a large group but this home has really nice big couches in the living room along with an arm chair. Came in handy when we had a movie night in on a rainy evening! The home even comes equipped with tons of beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, and umbrellas which is so nice and I'll keep that in mind when I rebook next year as we will DEFINITELY be back! Communication with the owner and check in and out were a breeze. I cannot recommend this home enough!

Perfect location and clean property

The property sits on the very convenient location, steps away from basket ball/tennis courts and surprisingly there are many designated pickle ball courts nearby. I should have brought my paddle if I knew. The property is very clean, maybe the cleanest vacation house I have seen. The bicycles and backyard grill adds lots of fun to our stay. Definitely will come back and recommend to others.

We had a great week at this beautiful Ortley Beach Home. 💛 The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A Generation Gathering Gem

What can I say? We've been coming to Ortley Beach for several years, and without a doubt, this house takes the cake. Everyone in our group agreed that this was the premier home we've stayed in.Highlights include an incredible mix of indoor and outdoor spaces—perfect for meals, games, or quiet moments alone. The bedrooms were spacious and well-separated, offering privacy when needed, yet still connected enough for a cozy feeling. There was truly room for everything: a quiet cup of coffee on the porch, a lively card game, or a peaceful nap.The outdoor shower was clean, bright, and well-maintained—just one of the many thoughtful touches around the property. The house was stocked with high-quality amenities, including top-tier ice cream scooper (a delightful surprise!) and multiple bikes, which we used for trips to the local farmers market-Jerry’s, or a quick run to Acme.Another bonus? The pickleball courts right across the road! We could easily check when they were crowded or open, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Fireworks viewing from the sunset deck and porch was just magical.Our group ranged in age from 9 months to 91 years old, and this home truly accommodated everyone. It was a perfect space for a generational gathering—comfortably, beautifully, and thoughtfully designed.

Best Beach House Ever!!

We loved everything about this house. It was just as promised. It was clean, spacious, close to everything. Owners thought of everything. Could not have asked for a better experience. Happiest Memorial Day Home!!!

Wow! Every review above was our experience as well! The house is pristine and the owners couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating! The view is lovely of the bay and the breezes on the front porch made our afternoon and evenings delightful! The owners have thought of every detail, and our family wants to come again as the house is close to the beach, across the street from pickle ball courts, bball courts, and the view of the bay! This has been our family’s favorite Memorial Day Weekend!

Awesome house and great accommodations!!!

We loved this house and all the amenities! The best part was the house had 8 beach cruiser bikes and we bikes everyday. The second floor balcony was the best place for a bay view sunset and such a quiet street. We highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation!

We just returned from our stay at the Gagliano shore house and couldn’t have enjoyed it any more. The location is amazing, right across from the park with tennis courts and the bay for crabbing. We did a lot of cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach was just a 10 min walk away! The Gaglianos were incredibly responsive and willing to help if need be. We would definitely stay again!

The house was great. The attention to detail could not have been better. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the house was spotless! The beach chairs, umbrella, bikes , and badges were an added bonus. The owners were extremely accommodating and very responsive to our questions throughout the week. The bay view from the balconies was sweet and the short distance to the beach was even better. Whether having coffee on the balconies or cocktails on the backyard patio, relation came easily. The park across the street was perfect for my teenage son and the shops close by were perfect for my teen daughter. All around, it was a win win for all of us. I strongly recommend this property and hope to be back next summer myself.

Beautiful home

This property was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The location and bay views were amazing! We loved watching the sunsets and swans swimming through the bay. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed sitting in the back yard at the end of the day enjoying the wonderful breeze. Rich and Leticia were great throughout the rental process. We highly recommend this home and would love to stay again.
