About this property

Beautiful Beach House with Lots of Extras

This house has been beautifully updated with hardwood floors throughout. All of the appliances, beds, mattresses and couches are newer. There are 2 outdoor showers, a large patio with a Weber grill and patio furniture to relax on. We have at your disposal, 14 beach bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas. The house is conveniently located midway between the beach and downtown shopping in Manasquan. Beach passes are included. The home has been professionally decorated. This house is open, spacious and very clean. All our visitors return. We have added a fifth bedroom with a vaulted ceiling & a half bath.

This was our third stay at this beautiful beach home. It was a wonderful time re-connecting with family. The dining room, kitchen and living spaces provide a great atmosphere for cooking, sharing a meal and catching up with a glass of wine. Autumn Weekend

The NJ girls group got together for our annual Spring Lake Kitchen Tour weekend. Having lived in Spring Lake for years, I knew this home would be a perfect base location.Home was as pictured, lots of supplies for the kitchen and walking distance to town. Loved all the bikes as well. All in all a good 5 days, perfect weather too!

The house was amazing! Totally spotless clean at check-in which has not always been the case with other properties that I have rented. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was tons of room for dining. The location is great being close to the beach and also close to shops, food and the lake. The fenced in backyard was a bonus as we had our dog with us. I would rent here again.

Great beach house with everything

We really enjoyed this house, just under a half mile to the beach. The beach bikes made trips to the beach and town very convenient. Rob responded quickly to any questions, although we didn't have many. The house comes equipped with everything you can need for the week. We will be booking again next year!

Wedding Weekend

If I could give this property and home a higher rating than a 5 I would. It had it all. We were so comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. We were in town for a family wedding and had a post wedding family gathering complete with corn hole and a fire pit for smores. I highly recommend visiting anytime of year.

Why they chose this property

I bought in Manasquan in 2005, when I found this quaint beachside town. It is just one hour from Manhattan, which makes it such an easy get away. We ride the bikes everywhere, the restaurants and the shopping are incredible. The beach has a boardwalk, with everything you need. The beaches are very clean, and there are many lifeguards. My sons love the fishing, off the beach, the inlet and the nearby charter fishing boats.
