Home is very clean inside and out. Also, received the Beautification Award from the City of Southaven. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home is 10 minutes from Memphis Airport; 2 minutes from I-55; less than 15 minutes from downtown Memphis, Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Beale Street, Bass Pro Shop, and many other attractions; 2 minutes from North Creek Golf Course; 5 minutes away from restaurants, malls, grocery stores, Walmart, Target, movies theaters, etc. The property is the perfect place to relax after a long eventful day! Sleeps 8 (3 beds and two air mattresses). Property has six exterior video cameras.

This is a really lovely home and worked perfectly for our group which included my wife and me , along with our daughter, her husband and their two small children, who were in the process of moving to Southaven from SC. Funeral and Family Reunion

We were in town for a funeral and used the opportunity to get family together.This property worked great for us. We ended up with 5 staying but up to 12 present for breakfast and other events. It could easily sleep 8 if you don't mind sharing a bed or sleeping on a (very comfortable) couch.

Perfect Location for Our Memphis Trip

This was our family’s first time ever using Vrbo. We’ve always stayed in hotels, so we weren’t sure what to expect. When we arrived, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. Our host messaged me the first night just to check in, which really showed they genuinely cared about our stay. The amenities were great and everything matched the listing. We came from Michigan to visit Graceland and the Memphis Zoo, and the property was perfectly located with easy access to everything we wanted to do. We had no issues or concerns during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this Vrbo.

Nice Home for Getaway Near Memphis

Very nice, well-kept home. Sufficient linens, kitchen bowls and cookery. Comfortable beds. Safe neighborhood. A couple of maintenance problems with television system, but we streamed Xfinity using a computer. Plenty of room for 4 people and a dog. Enjoyed our stay and visit with our son.

The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood--close to Memphis and even closer to family that we were visiting in the area. Nanette was very accommodating and allowed us to modify our rental dates after our mother passed away.
