Great apartment. Excellent location

Good-sized one bedroomed apartment. We loved the situation, the view out to sea, the balcony to enjoy an aperitif and the good quality furniture and bathroom. The pictures on the walls really helped to make the apartment feel like a home. Good private parking although access to the underground car park involves 2 flights of stairs so you need to be reasonably fit to bring up your suitcases! Overall, we loved it.

Wonderful

We loved this spacious apartment, set in an ideal position just around the corner from the heart of Concarneau. Clean, quiet, great balcony with wonderful views from the entire apartment. The underground parking a great asset and walks from the door. Everything spotless and a large fridge/freezer. Also we enjoyed the wall to wall art! Perfect.

Eine sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr gut. Das Einchecken klappte ohne Probleme. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig. Ein schöner Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Kurzer Weg zum Hafen und ins Zentrum. Gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegen, 50m und man ist mitten drin. Kleiner Tipp: Koffer vor dem Haus ausladen und erst dann in die TG fahren. So spart man sich 1 1/2 Stockwerke Koffer nach oben tragen.

Auf den Spuren von Commissaire Dupin gibt es keine bessere Unterkunft. Sehr stimmungsvolle Wohnung, voller origineller Sammlerobjekte, super Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Netter Kontakt zur Agentur. Nächster Aufenthalt ist bereits in Planung.

Eine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Meine Frau und ich haben hier einen traumhaften, überaus erholsamen Urlaub verbracht: die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll möbliert, hat einen perfekten Zuschnitt und verfügt über einen sehr schönen Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Auch die Lage der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: einerseits ruhig im Rücken zur Altstadt gelegen, andererseits zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten von dieser (einschließlich der Ville Close) entfernt. Für die täglichen Besorgungen, Restaurant-Besuche etc. kann das Auto getrost auf dem zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz stehen bleiben. Auch die Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Agentur im Vorfeld, sowie die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief völlig problemlos! Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen!
