We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful canal-front setting and quick access to the beach. Being just a 2-minute drive from the shoreline while enjoying private waterfront views gives the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The community offers a true coastal vacation feel while still being quiet and family-friendly.

What makes our home unique is its true canal-front location with a private dock and complimentary kayaks. Guests can fish, relax by the water, and enjoy beautiful sunsets right from the deck. At the same time, the beach is only 2 minutes away. This combination of waterfront living and quick beach access makes it a special coastal retreat.
