Located in the prestigious Villa Francia residence, in the heart of a 10-hectare wooded park and planted with Mediterranean trees and plants, this small 2-room apartment allows you to enjoy the terrace and its small garden level directly opening onto the park, the sumptuous infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Lerins Islands, the beach is 600 m away, the centre of Cannes is 20 minutes away on foot or 5-10 minutes by car or bus. Covered parking is available. The 2-room apartment allows 2 beds in the small bedroom (bunk beds) and 3 beds in the living room. The swimming pool is open from April 15 to the end of October. From July 1 to August 31, the sun loungers around the pool are paid at a rate of 5€/person/half day. There is a space reserved for people who do not want deckchairs. From 1 July to 31 August, there is a frozen drink service and the possibility of ordering bread and pastries for the next day, as well as a click and collect service for everyday groceries.
