Take the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis club elevator up to the 6th floor and enter your newly remodeled, 1050 square feet, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a large private balcony that includes a new King memory foam mattress, Air conditioning / Heating (68-80 degrees). We also have a pack n play for the little ones. Enjoy sunrise to sunset panoramic water views. Building amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grills and Tiki hut, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, 4 hole putting green, shuffleboard, picnic tables, fishing pier, first come boat docks, 8th floor Sun deck, 4th floor laundry, the Gulf white sand beach a 3-minute walk away!

***NOTICE: Building and common outdoor walkway / painting renovation project ongoing through until the end of 2026. Some noise will be associated with the work during the day. Rates are discounted to reflect situation. * *****
