The Gîte at the Château de La Lucerne d'Outremer

This 17th-century farmhouse was restored in 2010. You’ll love this holiday rental for the authentic charm of a stone house combined with its comfort—it’s perfect whether you’re travelling with friends or family.

Located between Granville and Avranches, you can enjoy the beaches at Carolles or Jullouville.

You’ll enjoy a large garden; the house is on two levels and features five bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a big table that seats 10 people.
A spacious living room with a fireplace and high ceilings—you’ll even find a foosball table there :-)
On the same level, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (160) and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

The upper floor features three bedrooms with double beds (140, 140, 160) and their own bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a small bedroom with a double bed (140).

You’ll enjoy a most pleasant stay in the heart of La Lucerne d’Outremer, between the sea and the countryside....

Mont Saint-Michel is a 45-minute drive away.

You’ll be facing the Channel Islands, accessible by shuttle from Granville.

Granville Golf Course (15 km), horseback riding available…

Week end mémorable à La Lucerne d'outremer

Un endroit magnifique pour un week-end entre amis, un cadre champêtre, un gite exceptionnel, idéal pour 9 personnes, la décoration est à la hauteur des prestations, les literies sont confortables et les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo estivale lors de notre séjour, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir les charmes de cette belle région. Encore un grand merci à Sylvie et Frédéric pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse.

superbe gite

Propre identique aux photos très belles prestations, il y a tout ! Literie nikel et draps de qualité, il ne manque rien. On peut même faire un feu de cheminée ! le seul point négatif est l'insonorisation.

Une parenthèse de douceur en Normandie

Un accueil tres chaleureux de la propriétaire, un gîte rénové avec beaucoup de qualité, suréquipé, au cœur d’un domaine magnifique. La pièce de vie, avec sa cheminée et la hauteur sous plafond, est sublime. Bravo !
