A very nice 1 level home on Ponce De Leon Golf course (13th green) with HDTV and WIFI, wireless internet. This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is full of amenities with wireless internet, 75 channel cable TV with ESPN and Golf Channel (4 HDTVs & DVD player) and a large master suite with walk in shower and jetted tub. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed and the back guest bedroom has a queen bedroom and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The front guest bedroom has two twins. The guest bathroom has a tub shower accessed from the hallway. Enjoy a furnished covered deck with ceiling fans on the golf course side of the house. There is a gas grille available for use. Hot Springs Village is a gated Community about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. LOCATED ON PONCE GOLF COURSE ABOUT 4 MILES FROM THE EAST (HWY 5) GATE.
