The open floor plan ensures everyone can stay together, whether you are cooking dinner in the compact but full kitchen, sharing meals in the charming dining area, or watching TV in the living space. The complex also features a shared outdoor pool and grilling area.

A variety of adventures can be found in the Kennebunk area, and much of it is in proximity to this home. Walk over to Parsons Beach and soak up the sun as you read a book on the sand or swim in the ocean waves, just a little over a half-mile away. Fishing is available nearby, where a tidal river meets the ocean. Just a little over a mile south is the salt marshes of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, where you can go bird-watching or conquer the hiking trails. Be sure to pack your golf clubs, because Webhannet Golf Club is only two miles from your front door. Another half-mile north, you will find downtown Kennebunkport, where you can dine and shop to your heart's content. And Ogunquit is only nine miles away, offering unlimited activities and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
