Aucune clé permettant d'ouvrir les 2 porte-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin et Impossible d'ouvrir les 4 porte-fenêtres du bow-window du 1er étage faute de clés fournie, fort préjudiciable pour l'aération des chambres notamment.- Pas de notice d'utilisation du téléviseur notamment dont nous avons été privés plus d'une semaine jusqu'à la venue de quelqu'un de l'agence qui l'a constaté outre les faits mentionnés ci-dessus, et a pris des photos attestant des principales remarques formulées ci-dessous:- mauvais état des caillebotis en bois à l'extérieur (lattes cassées, trous importants...présentant des risques réels de chute.- Pas de pied de parasol (de plage par ailleurs et non de jardin...que nous avons dû par défaut planter dans un pot de fleur!)- Le "beau jaudin ' mentionné dans l'annonce laissait apparaître en nombreux endroitts des toiles plastiques sous-jacentes..Nous n'avons utilisé ni le lave-linge ni le lave-vaisselle de crainte qu'ils ne soient dans un état de vétusté identique à la machine à café SEB qui détériorait 3 fois sur 4 les capsules pourtant compatibles 3 fois sus 4... - mauvais état du tapis de la salle de bains et de l'entrée intérieure LOCATION A DECONSEILLER jusqu'à ce que le propriétaire auquel nous n'avons jamais été mis en contact, remédie à ces dysfonctionnements. Le prix payé ne répond pas aux exigences minimales d'un locataire dont les droits de compensation réventuels ne sont même pas évoqués ...

Mooie en grote tuin. Het huisje was niet schoon en stonk erg bij aankomst. De tuin kan beter onderhouden worden. Net als wat spullen in huis, toe aan vervanging.

A plus de 75 ans, on ne s'attendait pas à un escalier aussi "acrobatique" et encore moins à l'inexistence du palier l'installation électrique est rudimentaire sinon dangereuse à part cela RAS

Sejour en famille 3 adultes 3 enfants . On est un peu serré lorsque il pleut et que nous ne pouvons pas sortir. Seul inconvénient pas de four pour cuisiner. Et literies très inconfortables et usés Sinon tout est top proche commerce plage pas bruyant et petit jardin agréable
