You will love this 1-Bedroom Westview Condo at Bermuda Bay Beach & Racquet Club. Overlooks Boca Ciega Bay, private beach, putting green and one of two communal pools. Recently renovated with shabby chic décor. Gated and secure community. Everything you'll need are included: full kitchen, cookware, dishes, silverware, towels, linens, hair dryer - everything! It also has an in-unit washer/dryer. Kitchen includes dishwasher, full size stove/oven, refrigerator, and built in microwave. The private bedroom has a King size bed and spacious walk-in closet. Bathroom has a shower and bath tub with separate vanity area. Living room includes pull-out Queen sofa bed. Dining/living areas are tiled with brand new carpet in the bedroom. There's a large flat screen TV which includes 70+ cable channels, WiFi high speed Internet, and a DVD player. Enjoy sunsets right from your living room or your private balcony. Take just a few more steps to the private beach…don't forget your glass of wine and slip off your shoes to enjoy the soft sand between your toes. This community is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Be sure to look for the Dolphins and manatees most active in the morning right outside your back patio door. Tennis anyone? Racquetball? pickleball? Downtown Saint Petersburg or Gulfport is only 10 minutes away. Gulf beaches are even closer with 7 minutes to Pass-A-Grille beach and only 10 minutes to Fort DeSoto beach – voted #1 beach in the USA. Surface parking included for 1 car with US $10 one time pass fee.
