We invite you to visit our beautiful home right in the heart of St. Pete Beach! Located on a spacious corner lot, this house has been completely revamped from inside and out, and looks brand new.

You’ll enjoy a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, solid wood cabinets and stone countertops, new flooring throughout, contemporary bathrooms with stylish tile work, new double hurricane windows.

The house is newly furnished and carefully stocked. Everything from bedding to kitchen stuff is brand new, elegant and beautiful. There is a bonus room with a gaming table, perfect for the entertainment and fun. The bonus room leads to fenced and very private back yard were you can enjoy your morning coffee or gather together for a barbecue.

Hotel-like comfort to make your stay the best possible. You’ll find mounted hair dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry room with a washing net, baskets, high efficiency Samsung appliances and much much more. With a flat 48’’ Smart TV connected direct to the internet you can access a Netflix account.

Free wireless Internet access. Free unlimited calls within USA and to Canada. Linens are included - bath and kitchen towels and sheets. We provide an initial supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap, and paper towels. Keypad for entry. Key pickup NOT required.

We have one queen bed with a therapeutic mattress, 2 twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa in a living room. The sleeper sofa has an additional foam mattress added to it for more convenience.

The kitchen is extra equipped with a French press, espresso maker, coffee maker, and express blender.

A 5 minute walk gets you to not only the best dining and beach entertainment, but the most exquisite sunsets St. Petersburg is known for.

This is a clean and well maintained home. It’s a bit small, especially around the dining table and for watching tv, even for just 2 people. The neighborhood has been devastated by Hurricane Helene, and there are many boarded up houses and empty lots, which was depressing. It is a 10-minute walk to Buoys restaurant and a beautiful Gulf view; about a 15 or 20-minute walk to the beach.

Vera & Andrei's property was perfect, perfectly located, perfectly as described and Vera left us a list of Events happening in the Area. the Home was right in the middle of all a vacationing Family would want. Restaurants, Parks And I did I mention Beaches? .They were always a Phone call away and a fast response was always given..we had a GREAT stay...

Location - great. House - superb.

First of all, Vera was very receptive to any concerns we had. Her home is like brand-new inside. Everything you need is there. The layout is different and it is actually quite spacious. There is a very large backyard that is very secluded . The green and yellow parrots fly over every afternoon. Be sure to take the boat ride out to Shell Key Island in Pass a Grill. We saw two manatees swimming in the wild there. We were just feet away from them. I do not hesitate to recommend this home for your vacation.

Mixed Feelings

Honestly, inside was not very clean. Floors were very dirty and needed washing. Any time we used a wet paper towel to pick something up from the floor (in all rooms, but especially in the kitchen and both bathrooms), the paper towel would be black. Kitchen counter tops and around the kitchen door molding had the constant presence of small ants. Living room window sills had large black ants roaming. Television would shut down regularly during programs, which required a reboot and resulted in lost content. Very frustrating.

This is a very nice property. Very clean with nice appliances and a good grill outside. Has a huge fenced in backyard that was great for our dog. Very safe neighborhood. Close to the beach and the waterfront bars. Vera was very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time there. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great location!

Location, location, location! This home is within blocks of so much activity. And your a block away from Blind Pass Rd which will take you to all of the beach towns like Maderia, Redington, Indian Rocks and several other beaches. Then you're also like 10 minutes from John Pass. You're within maybe a 10 minute walk from Upham Beach. Even closer are a number of watering holes like Toasted Monkey and Woody's Waterfront. Fishing is just minutes away. For breakfast it's a short walk to the Frog Pond and Gayles but at Gayles they take cash only. And just one block over is Corery Ave that has a nice open market every Sunday. As for the home itself. The master bed was very comfortable. Got a good nights sleep every night. If we had any issues it was with the main TV kept shutting down. Also had an issue with sewer flies in the smaller bathroom. Vera was very quick to respond with my concerns about the TV and flies. She ordered a new TV but was unable to it get it installed prior to us leaving. She had an exterminator there the following day. The only other issue was a couple days the main road was blocked because of grading and repaving going on in the area. Overall I give this 4 stars but if it wasn't for the inconvenience with the issues of the TV and flies this home I could have easily overall given it 5 stars.

My partner and I spent 3.5 months in this lovely rambler property and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home has been completely renovated and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. We were about six blocks to the North Beach (Upham Beach), and within blocks of numerous excellent restaurants and shopping facilities. There were weekly events on Corey Avenue (3 blocks away), that we always attended. Our favorite restaurant (Chill) and our favorite shop (Paradise Gifts) are also located on Corey Avenue. This was paradise at its best. Vera and Andrei, the owners, were a dream to work with, and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we might have had. You won't be disappointed if you lease this lovely home.

Perfect home for trip to St Pete Beach.

Never having been to St. Pete Beach, we looked at quite a few places to fit our needs. This was exactly what we needed. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in quiet location. Home is equipped with all the accessories, with even a quiet back yard to enjoy coffee in the morning! Would definitely stay again, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with!

Nice place!

We stayed in the house for almost 4 weeks, and had a great time in lovely St. Pete Beach. Our best time we had on the beach in Pass-A-Grill where we went almost every day. Vera (the owner) and her husband were very reliable and took care of every little issue. Price level for the rent of the house is very reasonable for the location.

We fell in love with this home as soon as we saw it. The yellow house with the red roof. We gave the house a name "The Yellow Hut". It brings us joy every time we walk through the door. The house is very bright and has a lot of positive energy.
