Just launched in January, 2020, this fresh, clean home just completed a full remodel and has been converted by long time owners to a 100% dedicated vacation home. Full kitchen remodel just completed in Jan., 2020, with new all-wood cabinets, granite countertops, all stainless appliances, including dishwasher and built in microwave. It's fully stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliances - everything you'll need for dining in. Enjoy it's cozy living room with leather furnishings from Scandinavian Design and a wall mounted flat screen tv, two bedrooms each with their own wall mounted flat screen TV, private fenced backyard with screened porch and small travertine patio with propane fire pit. Perfectly located, this property sits just .1 miles from Lake Seminole across from Lake Seminole Park, and it's just 3.5 miles west on Park Blvd. to the oceanfront Gulf Blvd. at Indian Shores Beach. From Ft. Desota Beach in the South to Clearwater Beach to the North, Pinellas County beaches front the Gulf of Mexico, and are some of highest rated beaches in the country. Seminole City Center Retail and Entertainment District is within walking distance, with shops, restaurants, a theater, gyms, etc., as is Lake Seminole Park and Seminole Waterfront Park. You can skip the rental car and simply Uber to the beach, or any other nearby places you just have to see like Busch Gardens, Sunken Gardens or the Dali Museum in St. Pete - you can literally take a short walk to get anywhere else you need to go. We even have a church and a Walgreen's so close we share property lines : )

Our main priority was pet-friendliness, and it was great for our dog. Cyndi is a great hostess; she answered our questions quickly. The home was nice, and very convenient to dining, and sites we visited during our stay. The only negative was the 4-poster bed. We didn’t sleep well. We would come back though.

The place was nice and cozy and had everything I needed. The bed was big, comfortable and beautifully decorated.I just needed a place to sleep and shower because I was there to enjoy the Florida weather. Great central location for me. Anything I needed was close. I chose this place because of its location and price. It save me quite a bit of money and was well worth it. There were a couple of maintenance issues however the hostess let me know about the ahead of time and were really no inconvenience. The maintenance guy Tony introduced himself, was really nice, and said if you need anything I a right next door.

Erin, I have had professional pest control service in place since purchasing this property in 2016 - there are no issues with pests. In Florida's semi-tropical climate, especially being without walking distance of Lake Seminole and Long Bayou (which connects to the Gulf of Mexico) - it is not possible to guarantee zero pest sightings. I personally cleaned after your party - saw 1 fruitfly and 1 dead palmetto buy on the back screened porch. Fruitflies result from food left on the counter. Palmetto bugs do not infest homes, but fly in open doors/windows. I

Grand daughters time

We rented this VRBO in Seminole and had our grandkids. We had a blast at the property, the lake n the beach. Went by to fast n now heading back to Texas.

Simply Fantastic!

Cindy was such a gracious host. She’s bubbly and warm, made us feel right at home! Came for a weekend beach trip and this was perfect as it was only 15-20 min from the beach and there’s many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so the location was perfect. We highly recommend staying here; great experience overall.

Good place to stay

It was a very cute little house that fit all of our needs. My mother and I stayed here together. The host is kind and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. There's a Walgreens close by also, which was quite convenient. I would stay here again.

This place was not what I expected at all. I booked it for a nice family vacation all the way from Texas, but this stay made me want to go home almost immediately.My biggest complaint was the bathroom. The shower liner was DISGUSTING and had visible mold on it. It looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced. The shower itself was also dirty and had visible dirt streaks all over it. The shower is extremely small, so you have no choice but to touch the dirty, moldy liner while showering. The bathroom sink was also severely clogged and drained very slowly.The AC was another major issue. I work in HVAC, so I understand how these systems operate. The host told us to keep the AC at a certain temperature to prevent it from freezing, but the actual issue appeared to be a severely clogged filter. A simple filter change could have helped resolve the problem. The house remained uncomfortably hot, and instead of properly fixing the issue, they placed a fan in the master bedroom.Lastly, there were so many daddy longlegs throughout the house, especially in the bathroom it made my skin crawl. This property desperately needs professional pest control, HVAC maintenance, and a new cleaning team.Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and not what I expected. I would not recommend this property and would strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.
