Weekend Getaway

This home was clean, comfortable, and the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The James’ were kind and helpful. The location is ideal! Thanks a much needed mini vacation!

Great stay at Lake Cumberland

Great place to stay at Lake Cumberland. House was very neat and clean. All the amenities you could ask for in a vacation rental. Close proximity to the lake and Jamestown Marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I Would highly recommend it, and look forward to a chance to stay here again

Family trip to the lake

This was one of the best properties we have have stayed at. The owners thought of every detail. The home was spotless and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and the area.

Perfect Lakehouse

Excellent experience. House is perfect for a family getaway. Porch setup is great. Excellent location near boat ramp/marina!

Matthew was great. He kept house nice and clean and respected house rules. He was very accommodating to having open communication and also offered to clean out gutters due to heavy rain and leaves. We would def host him again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Home is as advertised. The owners go out of their way to communicate. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch. I would recommend this property to any of my family and friends.

Great Lake House!

This home was perfect for our family of 6. Super clean home and well-stocked with everything we needed, we loved the screened-in porch. It's also just minutes from the Jamestown Marina and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with.

Adorable House!

We made last-minute plans to spend a few days at Lake Cumberland and found that this home was available. The owner was responsive and very easy to communicate with. The home is absolutely adorable, even better in person than the pics. The neighborhood is cute and you are 5 minutes from the Jamestown Marina. We have 3 teens who very much enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms where they could hang out alone...cause you know, teenagers! The family enjoyed playing cornhole, grilling and playing cards on the outside screened patio. We had a great time and highly recommend this house. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable (and my husband with the bad back is super picky!) Towels and linens were plush and high quality! I loved them so much I took pictures of the labels! :-) If you are looking for a great comfy place near the lake...this is it! Oh, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pretty much everything we needs to cook a couple of meals while we were there. Thanks again to Tammy and her family for sharing their lakehouse!

Great Place to Stay!

This house is a perfect base camp for boating at Jamestown Marina! Clean, well stocked kitchen, good TVs, games for the kids, good grill, nice screened in porch, good beds, and the list goes on! Tammy is very responsive and helpful too! We'll be back!

Jill and her family are regulars to the lake and we were very happy to host them. Jill was very responsive to my texts and had no problem communicating with mead I like to over communicate and make sure our guest are happy and felt at home. They took really good care of our house and followed house rules. We look forward to hosting Jill again!
