Two Story, Two Bed, One Bath, Off-Street 1 car Parking
The cottage, located at the rear of a property is a unique place to spend your vacation. Outside you have a sitting area under an awning, an open private deck with a table and chairs with an umbrella. In addition, you have your own grill and outdoor shower (not enclosed).
Full kitchen.
Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, first floor bedroom has a double.
WiFi provided.
Brand New Stove.
Mattress Replacement First Floor Bedroom.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only
If you are outside of peak season we may adjust length of stay

Well kept secret

This cottage is super cute and a fabulous location. Everything is true to website photos and it’s like having your own house with easy access to beach, boards, and anything you need. Jennifer is more than accommodating and super easy to work with. Her response time was consistently fast. Completely recommend for one or two people

The Cottage at 320 Wesley Ave was awesome! Super clean, within walking distance to beach, located on a quiet street. Had all amenities we needed my three year old and seven year old loved it. Jennifer, the homeowner, was great. Very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend to others

Just okay

Pros --- The location is excellent. Easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Own parking space, small patio and outdoor shower. Cons ----The beds are very old and need to be replaced. I slept terrible. The AC kept the cottage cool but the noise level of the AC units made it very hard to sleep at night. There is also significant rust on the stove so would not consider cooking anything. This cottage would be ideal for a small family with no toddlers. the stairs are very narrow. Your common "hang out" area is upstairs on the second floor. There isn't a TV in the first floor bedroom.

Easy life in OC!

The property was clean and well equipped with a barbque. The A/C was fine and room units were not too loud. The outside shower came in handy and local shops were handy. I wonder if you need to provide cable since most people travel with HDMI cables and use their laptops. I saw the second TV in the closet. You could set it up to be used HDMI only. Just an idea.

Sweet Cottage

We had a wonderful time at the sweet cozy cottage. It was myself and 2 daughters. My son came one night, but had enough space for everyone. Amenities good, decor and set up is just darling. The grill and deck were wonderful and we used it daily! It's a sweet place to stay and in a really good location.

Perfect size for small family of 3 or 4. Cute little cottage, walkable to boardwalk, good AC. Access was seamless. Recommended!
