Welcome to our shore home away from home! Our home is located on E.9th and Atlantic Ave and has been recently remodeled. Our condo with 1 bed 1 bath and a queen pull-out sofa that can sleep up to 3 kids. We are located ON THE beach/boardwalk behind Shrivers Taffy & Fudge, next to attractions, downtown shopping, and dining! The unit has parking for one car and a private entrance(s) into the building with an elevator. The is overflow parking for a second vehicle. Enjoy rare amenities such as an in-unit Washer and Dryer, detergent, Wifi, free coffee, and toys for the beach for the kids! Just steps away from Manco and Manco pizza, mini-golf, and many other attractions.

You have great views of many attractions such as a roller coaster from the living room. Enjoy this Corner end unit!

Our unit offers a Queen size bed, and a convertible queen sofa.

There are 4 beach passes in the unit for you to borrow. If they are lost or not returned, you will be billed a $50 fee for each one not returned.
No smoking on the premises. It’s a Condominium rule. If it is discovered that you smoked on the property, a $500 fine will be billed to you.
Do not lose the main door key. There is a $50 replacement fee if lost -HOA rules.
