About this property

Accommodation with spa and garden in the heart of Saint Rémy de provence

2 min walk from the historic centre of St Rémy de Provence.
Nice new rental composed of a beautiful air-conditioned living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140*190), coffee table and TV screen as well as a dining area. You will have a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and ironing board and cleaning equipment.

A bedroom with a bed (140*190) with cupboard, a chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom (shower, vanity unit, toilet and washing machine.

The exterior is equipped with a plancha, a table and 4 armchairs in the shade of a jujube tree. As well as a relaxation area under a plane tree and a fig tree with private spa (in service from June to September) and 2 deckchairs. All decorated with the scents of Provence.
Possibility to park the car inside with electric gate.
All amenities within walking distance without taking the car (food shops, restaurants, cafes, shops, the large market....)

Possibility of renting sheets as an option 4o €.
End-of-stay cleaning package €50 optional
Security deposit 500 €

Pets are allowed on request.

The rental will be disinfected and cleaned with the greatest care after each departure of the holidaymakers.

Propriétaire très accueillante, gentille et discrete. Le logement est en plein centre. Il est spacieux ainsi que l'extérieur, et aussi très agréable, à la fois ensoleillé à la fois à l'ombre. Nous remercions Fannie pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Les photos sont conformes au logement. Celui-ci était propre à notre arrivée. Il est très bien situé et bien équipé, rien ne manquait. La place de parking dans la cour est très appréciable. A recommander sans hésiter !

Fantastische locatie

Fijn, rustig appartement en toch midden in de stad. Heerlijke tuin met schaduw en zon. Over het algemeen hadden wij een goede communicatie met de gastvrouw, jammer dat ze alleen Frans sprak en wij niet zo goed.

Great location with private parking onsite

The place was clean and an ideal location. Owners live above/ onsite and parking was within their gated yard -very safe. It was rainy and winter time, so not able to enjoy outdoor area. Kitchen had all the pots and utensils. Linens and towels were not included in the rental but an additional charge. Seems like an unusual approach but might be more common in France.

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très agréable et très bien placé avec place de parking privée et très proche du centre historique de Saint Rémy. Hôtes sympathiques et attentionnés. Le gîte est très propre et décoré avec goût. Une petite déception cependant; nous n’avons pas pu essayer le spa qui n’était pas disponible à partir d’Octobre, ce que nous n’avions pas vu au travers de l’annonce.
