Upgraded Condo Close to Boardwalk/Beach/Asbury Shopping w Pool
Our place is newly renovated. Everything is brand new and beautiful! We have a roof deck pool right out the front door (one level down from our unit), parking spot under building, outdoor storage, laundry on premises. Queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining table on deck also seats 4. There is a little love seat there too to lounge on. We have games for rainy days of which of course you will have none... but just in case. All dishes and cookware provided-all brand new. 4 beach tags, WiFi, cable and a FireTV. Also provided-beach cart and chairs. Check in Saturday 3pm. Check out Saturday 11am. We put a lot of love into the renovation and hope you love it just the same!

Everything was just as advertised. The location was amazing. The place was clean and well appointed. Loved having an option to swim in the pool besides the beach which was just just a 5 minute walk away. Melissa, the owner, was easy to work with. Will definitely stay there again when in OC.

Everything we needed was ready for us when we arrived. From private parking, elevator, beach gear, and a few short blocks to the beach and boardwalk!Shopping just a block away, no need to drive anywhere. The pool was clean and not crowded also had a lifeguard all open hours. It was an amazing vacation and lots of memories made! Would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

Our unit was very nice. Clean, updated, good location for shopping. I liked the fact that we were in an end unit too. Loved the outside porch to people watch and relax.
Quiet neighborhood. Could walk everywhere for dining.
The pool was a nice feature as well. Safe building with security codes to enter is a plus. 2 blocks to beach.
Perfect for a couple as well.

Great property! The condo itself is updated and beautifully decorated. The covered porch/deck off the bedroom is a great feature! We also took full advantage of the pool. But the best part was being so close to the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury Avenue. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My mother and purchased and completely renovated our "happy place" in January 2019. Our first rental season was a great success! We spend plenty of time at our shore home as well with my twin 9-year old sons. We are so happy to have created a home here for my boys to enjoy summer vacations at and love hosting and making the experience extra special for our guests and their families.
Why they chose this property
There aren't many hotels in OC or many places with the amenities offered like this building. We just had to have it and make our vision for the property come to life. We put a lot of love and care into all of the little details. This is a truly special place to make great family beach memories.
